Pleasant find and highly recommend

Very pleased with the hotel right in the center of Pendleton. Comfortable bed, big screen TV and great water pressure in the shower.

It's very "bare bones". A couple of lumpy pillows on a King size bed, one chair, tight parking on top, dark weird parking garage below. Noise from the street and thin walls and ceiling kept me up most of the night.

The room was updated. Floors felt very dirty though. Had booked because reviews said it had a hot complimentary breakfast, but upon arrival found out during the remodel they added a restaurant and the breakfast consisted of yogurt and a small variety of pre-packaged muffins. Best part was the friendly check in staff. Unfortunately it stunk like pot whenever we left the room.

Nice location in center of downtown

The location and accommodations were very good. Glad I stayed there. They had problems dealing with the prepaid Hotels.com reservation, but with follow-up all duplicate charges have been reversed.

Should be named Motel Pendleton; rooms to outside.

The hotel allowed me to cancel the first night in advance as promised in the Hotel.com ad, which is why I booked it. However Hotel.com did not allow me to do so, and I had to still pay for the first night. Very bait and switch. Not enough towels in the room for the number of registered guests. Door to room very off of alignment and hard to shut/open. Door security chain unscrewed on one corner and useless. Trash can way too small and was overflowing quickly, and no one changed it the whole three days. One section of the LED room strip light was burned out/flickered on or off at random. However, they brought the extra towel with a smile, provided a blow-dryer when asked, found an oatmeal flavor that had run out, and had patience with me when I asked for all those things. Friendly, patient, and helpful staff. The room was clean in all spots, and didn't feel "scuzzy."

My room was canceled 30 minutes before check-in. I was lucky to have a nice lady who worked with me to figure out what happened on the Expedia app. I had my 1-year-old baby and my daughter, it was 10 pm by the time we figured it out, it was 11:46 pm, my kids were so tired and ready for rest, I am so disappointed with the app.

We got an early check in po problem. Free shuttle to the wildhorse 🎰. There and back. Rooms were redone with a cool look. Comfortable bed . Downtown walking distance to stores and restaurants. Fun little weekend getaway
