Excellent Luxury Villa

Spacious and clean. The swimming pool have water slide, small but enough for play. The location is perfect near the hyper center but quiet. Every bedrooms have full bathrooms with everything inside, very good for the villa.

The Villa is big and have many rooms for family members. It has electricity charge and count 8bhat perW. It is a bit high charge by comparing the normal usage. I stayed 5 days which cost me almost 3500bhat. Overall is good and the housekeeper is helpful to arrange the driver and the needs for our stay. Hotel location is a bit far. It needs to have car or hire taxi to go downtown and the restaurant.

6인 이상이 간다면 아주 좋은 선택지!

전반적인 방 상태나 시설들은 깨끗했습니다. 호텔과 비교할 순 없겠지만 수건 및 식기류도 좋은 상태였습니다. 다만 수영장 때문인지, 모기가 많아서 잘 때 조금 불편한 감은 없지 않아 있었습니다. 4박 5일 동안 좋은 추억을 만들 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 호스트에게 감사의 말을 전합니다. 단점으로는 주변에 편의시설이 없어 그랩으로 배달을 시키거나 숙소로 돌아올 때 먹을거리 등을 사와야한다는 점 입니다. 파타야 해변과의 거리는 막히면 20분 정도 걸리는 점도 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 그리고 전기료는 추후 청구되는 것은 알고 있었으나 4박 5일동안 아껴 사용했음에도 16만원 정도 나와 그 부분도 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

6間房，7個洗手間，是比較少有的別墅類型。 地點近市中心，自駕也只是10分鐘路程，方便。 設備算齊全，就是客廳的空調馬力有點不足。 別墅內的泳池很細的，若真的想游泳要到屋苑內的共用游泳池比較好。 注意的是，每次入住要收4000銖清潔費（不包含在房租內）；所有電費也要自付，我們住了6日5夜，約5500銖。
