hotel is quiet, clean and within walking distance of everything

rude front desk arrival, how much more do you need

MY ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND MODERN. THE ENTIRE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL. THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL WAS PERFECT. IT WAS NEAR EVERYTHING, BUT THE GOUNDS ARE SO LARGE THAT YOU DO NOT GET ANY NOISE FROM THE CITY.

This is one of the top 5 hotels in the world that I have stayed in. Staff is extremely polite and respectful. The hotel is well decorated and architectually interesting. The breakfast buffet was one of the best that I have had in many many hotels.

The hotel should be 3.5 or 4 star at the most. The lobby was miles away from the room. We had to cross a very steep bridge everyday that goes over is a river of grey sewer water which runs through the hotel. It's terrible and smells. They offer a shuttle from one end of the hotel to the other, but coordinating is very inconvenient. The room, pool, and beach towels are frayed at the edges and had patches; they look VERY used. After arriving at the room we had no hand towels. I called house keeping and they never brought towels. I called again three hours later and they finally brought them. The hotel staff is friendly, but does not have simple knowledge of nearby tourist information (how to get to Koh Lan, the Big Buddha, etc...) They only say "we get you taxi".

This is the perfect hotel. It is right on Walking Street and across the street from the beach. All the cafes, entertainment, shopping, the beach, and transportation are only steps away from the hotel. But, the grounds are so big that you would never guess that you were in the middle of a city. The grounds are like a tropical jungle with koi ponds and fountains. The hotel has two huge pools. The grounds are very nice and quiet. The rooms are super modern and super clean. The staff is wonderful.

This is the perfect hotel. It is located on Walking Street which is the dining and entertainment street of Pattaya. But, the hotel is located in a tropical setting and you would never know that you were in a large city. The hotel grounds are beautiful There are large Koi ponds and water fountains throughout the grounds. The rooms are clean and very modern. The housekeeping staff is wonderful. There is a breakfast buffet in the morning with a huge menu. It has everything from Asian food to American food. I cannot say enough about the hotel staff. The entire staff is wonderful, helpful, and friendly. Don't forget the most romanic spot in Pattaya. The hotel has a buffet at night on a patio right on the beach with music and a large buffet.

relaxing. be weary once you step out of the resort boundaries a lot of hustling. close to the boat off to the island. food was okay.

Great Stay, all staff smiling and very helpful all the time. Room service food is excellent quality. Booked 75m2 Baraquda suite, it is AWESOME. Love the big jacuzzi in the bedroom. Everything is great about this hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised with the Siam Bayshore. The rooms, breakfast and facilities were first rate and the price was reasonable. My only complaint was that the rooms were a bit musty, but that won't keep me from coming back.

This hotel is set in the middle of lush jungle gardens. The rooms are modern and clean. The staff is friendly. The hotel has two huge pools. One is in the main hotel area and the other is on the beach. The breakfast buffet has a huge selection of food for every taste. The dinner buffet on the beach patio is the most romantic place in Pattaya.

Great location. Better than usual breakfast buffet. Facilities are old, and my room at the very end of the building with a view of a black top roof was I suppose the worst in the resort. Others are probably much nicer. Room was also swarming with mosquitoes when I first checked in, but the maid left a can of spray and they were not a problem thereafter.

This hotel has the perfect location in Pattaya. It is the nicest hotel on Walking Street which is the main attraction in the whole city. I would never even think of staying at any other hotel in Pattaya!

I love this hotel. It is within walking distance to all the attractions. The grounds are just beautiful and the pool is huge. The staff is wonderful.

I have stayed at this hotel 16 times over the last several years. I would not stay anywhere else. This is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff at the best location in Pattaya.

You can think you pay 3 star hotel and you get 5 star hotel value (based on US). It was really nice hotel.

I felt I was in the forest and it was great. Inside hotel and outside hotel have totally different looking. Nice swimming pool and good price for overall except no free internet service (WiFi). You will reach the Walking Street as soon as you go out from the hotel.

This is a wonderful hotel in the best location in Pattaya. It is close to everything. The staff is wonderful. They are friendly and courteous.

Good stay for a long weekend. Very nice hotel only a few steps off the crazy walking street, but feels like it's miles away in a secluded jungle. Clean, well organized, professional, tranquil. Great swimming pool, breakfast buffet. Beach right across the street but nothing to rave about; more for boating than swimming. For that you need to go farther into Pattaya or to Jomtien beach about 15 min away by taxi. But easy walk to all the nightlife and restaurants.

I have been to Pattaya 11 times and I have stayed at the Siam Bayshore Hotel on each of these visits. This is a beautiful, modern, and clean hotel right on Walking Street. This is the best hotel on Walking Street and the best hotel in the entire area. The manager and the staff is the best. I'm already booking my visit to this hotel in November and next Febuary.
