LK Royal Suite Pattaya4.0 out of 5.0

The executive room is big with two balconies one in the main bedroom the other in the lounge room. Location is about 10 mins walk to walking street, not to far from the Hilton hotel. Breakfast served on the bottom floor offering open spaces sitting. Big selection of food. Next door there's a 7-11 street food is plentiful around the hotel. I recommend this hotel for families or couples who wants good value for money. Nothing fancy apart from The jetted bathtub. The pool and fitness room is usually empty, surrounding area can be a little noisy due to so many bars in the area typical for a Pattaya stay. Overall I had pleasant stay don't know if I'll be back not the best hotel in Pattaya definitely not the worst.
This hotel is in a great locatioon on Soi Buakhao. Near enough to Soi Metro etc without the noise. Has good restaurants nearby. and their own serves a very good breakfast. The room was very clean and had all you could want. My room was in the adjoining building and I stepped out of the lift and into the breakfast area across the lane. Reception staff were welcoming and efficient.
Rooms are a good size with everything you need. Our room had a good sized kitchen and lounge/tv room. Small balcony. The swimming pool is very nice. The location of the place is pretty central. The staff are friendly enough.
We booked a 1 bed suite here for 2 nights. The hotel is situated at the end of soi buakow, which means it has a great location and nearby everything you could wish for. Reception and check in was quick and painless. The suite itself is huge and comfortable with everything you need. It's only a 3 star grade but it's very clean and comfortable. We managed to get the suite for £50 a night inc breakfast. Breakfast was more than ample and varied - was actually better than some 4/5 star hotels we have stayed in. However no bacon 🥓 lol. Motorbike taxis are freely available just next to the hotel to take you wherever you need to go. The downstairs restaurant is also serviced by a street vendor who sells some amazing dishes especially the bbq chicken:) We would return here again definitely.
My room was nice and comfortable and I had a balcony with view to Pattaya Klang. Good cable tv and good wifi. I loved the buffet breakfast and also like the food at Tum De which opens when breakfast finishes. I like the LK name and this hotel, thank you. I would definitely stay again.
Stayed here for 15 nights and it was great value. Stayed in an 80 sq metre suite which, at approximately $75 a night, was unbelievably good value. They were huge rooms with two televisions, a big shower, jacuzzi, kitchen, lounge room and separate bedroom and bathroom. The pool was great, and it was nicely located, near the northern end of Soi Buahkaow. It was quiet. The staff were courteous without being super friendly, and the room was always cleaned to perfection. The gym was a little old but still worked fine and was not an issue. Overall, it was fantastic, and I'll stay here again for sure.
Suite was very spacious. Large kitchen.Lounge.Bedroom. 2 Balconies. Pool was very good. Hotel is well placed for Bars and Restaurants. We would have no hesitation in returning Good selection of food for breakfast.
Have stayed at the LK Royal twice. Things I liked: * The bedroom; although bijou it was tastefully decorated (akin to Venetian style) * Very spacious hotel * Free, in room, wi-fi * Sauna and steam room * location - situated directly on Soi Buakhao - less than 1 minute walk to the nearest bar(s) * located directly on bus route * 7-Eleven, Chemist and ATM next door to hotel * Breakfast buffet is inexpensive Things I didn't like: * Staff; not the friendliest bunch of people I've met. They could do with working on their smiling technique. * The pool is excellent; when it actually gets the sun; just make sure you go at the right time of day :) * Restaurant breakfast buffet is open to the public * Breakfast buffet, at best, is pretty mediocre * Breakfast buffet is often cold (when it should be hot) If you don't want to eat here there's a good 'eat in - take-away' shop almost straight across the road which sells Western and Thai food. Very large breakfast (including tea/coffee) about 200 Baht (approx £4.50) Something of note: this hotel is in a relatively busy area of Pattaya with many bars nearby (although, thankfully, there are no thump-thump-thump noisy disco bars in its vicinity) and, as a consequence, has the traffic and general noise associated with it. However, the street-view room I stayed in was triple-glazed and therefore the outside noise, at night time, while not completely inaudible, was at a sufficiently low level that it didn't interfere with my ability to sleep.
Fairly new establishment great location easy walk to the beach along interesting store lined streets. Staff are once again not so friendly... what is it with the hospitality industry here? However building cleanliness and food are top notch well breakfast is not sure if they have other meals. We will be back.
Stayed here for 14 night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was large and kept spotless clean Good selection for morning breakfast 7 eleven store and money changer right outside hotel Not to noisy because far enough away from the bars
