Air conditioning never got cold, everything felt old and dated, spa was closed for renovations, king bed was just two twins pushed together very uncomfortable. Staff was pleasant, could not put deposit on card, had to be cash. WiFi was spotty at best. Tv was too old to stream to. Water temperature in shower fluctuates to scorching hot and ice cold. Location is nice and quiet.

The check-in staff were rude and unpleasant. This premium room was shabby. The double bed I requested with a firm mattress came as two singles pushed together, and a very soft mattress, very disappointed. I slipped even taking care on the shower floor, no non slip tiling, they are like a sheet of ice. The breakfast buffet was just ok, this place is listed as *5 but is more like a *3 in my opinion. I won’t be booking here again I wooing be staying here again.
