I was required to pay a deposit even though I had a major credit card on file. Secondly, the person checking us in kept sighing and complaining that he was never going to get a break because people kept coming in. The room was clean and atmosphere was good. Pool was small and super crowded.

The man who was working yesterday morning was so rude after explaining to him my key stopped working so he made me once then that one wouldn't work. So he had asked me where was I trying to use the key at and I told him the back door because our room is by the back door and we smok. Hereplied yeah it's not going to work there. I asked him why wouldn't and he didn't answer later I told the next person working about him and she said oh yeah he's like that which I don't understand why you would have a rude person representing your company. And why does he still exist if it's not only me that has noticed how rude he is
