This is our favorite hotel when traveling. Beds are so clean and comfy. Bathroom has great lighting, nice soaps and great shower. Tv is nice and big and easy to use. This particular location had a problem with pool and hot tub cleanliness. Pool was green and thick, hot tub was scaly. Sign said “use at your own risk”. Location is close to the freeway and road noises were heard throughout the night as well as doors closing in other rooms. Everything else was perfect! There is even a real kerug in the room.

The hotel and room were very clean. Staff was super friendly. There's was a water issue in the morning resulting in low pressure, but the hotel had the water department on site to remedy the situation. We would definitely book again.

They had difficulty checking us in, the floor was rug squares that were coming up off the floor, there was a gap in the door that made it not look safe, and the thermostat control wasn’t working properly. It was very run down looking. It was certainly not a wonderful place to stay like it was rated.
