It eas awful mo breakfast no pool and the room was stinky. Plus parking lot and sude waljs were icy and snow covered and dangerous . Im handicapped and almost fell 2 times oin the parking lot. I had a 6 day reservation but checked out after first night and went to the hamptom where i had a beautiful experience

The man at the front desk gives 100% and then some! EXTREMELY courteous! I was disappointed that both the pool and breakfast areas were not usable due to construction. I REALLY believe the hotel should update that fact for any perspective guests. The reason I chose that hotel was because my daughter was having surgery the following day and I knew she would feel bad for a week or so….i thought some pool time would be perfect little break beforehand. Simply put….i didn’t really get what I paid for, because I absolutely would have chose another hotel if I had known the pool was off limits.

Did not let me check in due to the fact I have a service dog. Completely dehumanizing and illegal. Guy at the front desk did not show any compassion. He reminded me of Pearcy in the move "The Green Mile". I did not press the issue with them. I am not going to stay anywhere i am not welcome. Still waiting on a refund. Needless to say I would not recommend this hotel to anyone; especially people that care about others.

This hotel was suitable for an overnight stay. It is close to several restaurants and a large mall. The lobby was fine, some snacks are on display for purchase and a large beverage cooler has several drink options for purchase as well. The pool area is located right behind the check in counter. Unfortunately, the pool heater was broken while we were there and the water was very cold! The owner did turn on the heaters in the room and my kiddos didn't mind the cold water but we didn't stay in very long. The room was a nice size room with two double beds that seemed small. Nice sheets and blankets, no complaints about the pillows or bedding. The website stated there was an option of a roll away baby crib but the man at the front desk said they did not offer that and seemed confused by the request. There were only two towels available in the bathroom and they were very tiny, one had a hole in it. Our TV did not work. The room was semi-run down but like I said, for overnight it was fine. The breakfast was good and there were a lot of options.
