Lovely French Apartment

The apartment is spacious and clean. I stayed with my husband, 3 adult children, and my mother-in-law, we had tons of space. The apartment is very centrally located and in a safe neighborhood. Any questions I had were answered quickly by the host. I would definitely stay there again.

Paris adventure

The property was just as it was listed- Beautiful, clean, and a perfect place to stay. The host was wonderful and very responsive to any needs and questions. The set up was perfect for a large group. It accommodated privacy and the main room fit everyone for meals together. I would love to stay their again and highly recommend it!

Christmas in Paris

We were 4 adults and 6 teens 13-22. The flat was fantastic and very comfortable for a group that size. The table seats 10! The host was very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to each com. The 9th is a nice neighborhood and there are butchers, fromageries and markets quite close. Highly recommend!

Perfect Parisian Apartment

PERFECTION!! This apartment is a rare find and perfect for our family of nine. The luxurious apartment is well kept, clean and is equipped with air conditioning, washer/dryer combo, dishwasher, 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and elevator (very helpful with luggage since the apartment is on the 3rd floor). I would like to say that the majority of apartments we searched did not offer these amenities so we were extremely pleased. The bedrooms, living, dining and kitchen areas are spacious and inviting. Plenty of seating in the sitting area, table or bar where we enjoyed conversing and dining together. The location is fantastic. There are numerous restaurants within 2-5 minutes walking distance, just to name a few: The Family, Stan & Co., Miam-Miam Cool, Krep and Good news Lafayette! Also, a few blocks from Galeries Lafayette for designer attire, food and a great view at the top of the Eiffel Tower, Palais Garnier etc! I also highly recommend Titanium Tours, we had 3 amazing experiences with their guides and they picked us up and dropped off at the apartment (even the guides commented on the perfect location of the apartment), Thank you to our host Sophie for a beautiful stay! We had no issues, just a few questions and she rapidly responded. We look forward to our next visit with you. Blessings, Dana D

Spacious and Gracious near Galleries Lafayette

Our blended family of eight (ages 75 to 3) found a delightful, spacious home for ten days at this Haussmann charmer. Immaculately clean and well maintained, it’s a throwback to La Belle Epoque. There was room for all, great light and a sense of privacy in a vibrant neighborhood near the Opera Garnier and Galleries Lafayette.Cannot wait to go back.

Lovely place

There were 11 of us staying in this place and we had plenty of room. Great location. Walkable to Montmarte. We found a place around the corner called The Family that had great ceviche and cheesy mashed potatoes. There was a neat market next door and a pharmacy just across from that. We also found a cheeseburger place around the corner that had the most delicious cheeseburgers we ever had. And we're Americans! Haha! There was a line around the corner, but so worth it. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful architecture, great location, not luxury

As noted, the architecture in the apartment is beautiful and the location is great. The apartment itself, however, should not be listed as "luxury." We had no hot water for one full day; lights were burned out in at least one of the bathrooms; the shower hose connection was broken and after repair, broke again; the dishwasher was cheap and very loud which was a problem as one bedroom butted up against that kitchen wall; the dryer was broken; and the washing machine, which contains a dryer feature, took 3 hours to wash clothes and more than 3 hours to dry. The washer and dryer were very cheap. I think if you're going to claim an apartment as luxurious and charge the amount that was charged for this apartment, everything should be in working order and the appliances should not be cheap. The day of check in, I did not receive an email from the responsible party and we weren't able to finally get in until we called. Check in time was 5 p.m. and the maid was still cleaning at 5:30. I will say that the responsible party was responsive to all of our concerns, but we felt that we should not have had the problems we had for the price we paid. Again, however, the architecture of the apartment is beautiful, the beds were comfortable and location is great.

Out of this World Apartment & Location

We had the most amazing time in Paris; made all the more special by this wonderful apartment and fabulous service received all round by Sophie. They couldn’t do enough for you. The space is immense and in classic Parisian style, just perfect for the larger family. I don’t think I’ll be able to stay anywhere else in Paris in future now we’ve stayed here! Thank you ;o)

Perfect apartment for a family trip!

The apartment is elegant and the location is close to everything but far enough to be charming and quiet. The pictures are exactly how the apartment looks. Plenty of rooms and modern bathrooms too! The heated towel bars in each bathroom were a nice surprise! I will definitely book this again for our next Paris vacation!

Clean, Spacious, Great Location at Holidays

We were fortunate to find a property able to accommodate our family of 8 adults that was both well appointed and in an excellent location relative to holiday activities and shopping. Positives: Quiet street and building, so even rooms facing the street were quiet at night. We were grateful for common areas for gathering and eating together, as well as the overall cleanliness of the apartment. The apartment building and interior offered Parisian charm with modern amenities. By Parisian standards, the bedrooms were very large and the beds we all very comfortable and well appointed. The location - within a block of Galeries Lafaytte and Printemps - was excellent at the holidays. And many thanks for the Christmas decor! We were able to walk to most other important destinations - Louvre, Tuileries, Eiffel Tower. Other areas were an easy Uber ride (Marais, Luxembourg Gardens, etc.) We felt safe and welcomed in our neighborhood. Cons: We appreciated the bedrooms that had en suite bathrooms, and we certainly made it work, but be prepared for bathrooms and showers in odd places (all manageable, but just to set expectations). Could use more lounge seating in the living area (couch space at a premium). Biggest complaint was the very late check in and forcing us to spend money on an extra night prior to arrival day. Check in instructions arrived the day we left, rather than 3 days prior, making me nervous but all was well!

Great location and spacious flat

This place was in a great location with access to many metro lines. The suite really makes you feel like a Parisian! Plenty of space for us with 10 people. The only inconvenience during our stay was the fact that the kitchen was not well equipped for making meals for 10 people. We managed to cook two meals for ourselves during the trip, but it was a challenge. Overall, we had a lovely time and would recommend this suite to large groups who want a more unique experience than staying in a hotel.

Photos online say it all. This is a premier apartment with 7 bedrooms. Rare indeed in Paris. Location is very near Gallery Lafayette. Safe, easy access to metro, shopping, restaurants etc.

Great location and room for everyone

The apartment was clean and spacious, plenty of room for our whole family! Check in was simple with the lock box. Air conditioners were nice and cold, very important in July. Location in the opera district was great... lots of cafes and shopping within walking distance, easy walk to metro too.

Great Paris Apartment

Great place

Stayed here with my husband, 3 kids, mother in law, brother and sister in law and their 3 kids. We had plenty of space. Walking distance to the Galleries Lafayette, very safe and beautiful neighborhood. Owner is very responsive to questions. Check in time is late (at least for US standards) at 5 pm. And washcloths are not provided. I have since learned that providing wash cloths is not customary in Europe, so I say this not as a problem with our stay but for Americans who are not familiar with this standard. The place is absolutely gorgeous and I would definitely stay here again!
