Booked this place last minute on a flight into town. It’s was $65 and said it was 10 mins from Disneyland. I arrive around 9:30am and went to check in, the man seemed upset with me for arriving so early but I can’t help the time my airplane lands. He told me no one had checked out yet and my room wasn’t available, I told him that was okay I’d give him my bags to store. Suddenly his story changed and if I paid $32 I could check in now…so a +50% on what I already paid for the same room that I booked which was in fact already available. Not a great start. I got to the room and discovered that the traditional key I was given was also needed to lock the room from the inside. Which is illegal because it’s a fire hazard and wildly unsafe. I took a nap on the worst sheets, that are textured, including the pillow case so that they leave marks all over your skin and face. Woke up an hour later and discovered Disneyland isn’t 10 mins away, it’s 30 mins away and I had 4 Ubers cancel on me, seemingly because of how far out I was and how difficult the hotel is to get to. Later in the evening I went to get food from the restaurant in the lobby on to discover it’s a preset menu that they only serve 4 times a day and specific times and despite the fact there’s a kitchen there are 0 in room dining to take away options. Combine this with how loud the hotel is, you can literally here people speaking, sneezing, and choking in the other rooms, I would NEVER stay here again.

The property is fantastic as it sits on the river, amentities are far, so I used Uber Eats as the market was closed even though it said open online. My biggest gripe is the shower didn't work or drain well. I think the price was very fair and worth every dollar.

This hotel was excellent. It was clean with a lovely large spacious room. The breakfast was fabulous. The location is quiet and serene and most unexpected so close to Disneyland. The service was top-notch. If you need a taxi, use Uber since local taxi firms are very expensive.

Very nice hotel, clean and modern, free parking. Short drive to Disney if you have your own car. There is a rail station 5 minutes away for Paris and Disney (not direct line). Breakfast at 17 euros is far too expensive though, the food was quite basic and not alot of choice. I would stay here again if visiting Disney.

I showed up to the hotel quite tired and cranky. The gentleman at the front desk quickly checked me in, recommended dinner options that would still be open late, and got me all set up with a great room. It was very much appreciated and his recommendations were all great. The room was amazing! Large bed, multi shower heads, newly done. Wonderful space.

I didn't stay at this property because the staff member at the front desk was VERY rude & unaccommodating to my cousin & I. I accidentally booked a room for 1 person, which I overlooked because I saw it was a room with a double bed (usually sleeps 2). Without any prompt from me, the front desk worker said "you booked a room for 1. She can't stay here, she needs to go to another hotel". I asked if I could pay the difference of the cost for 1 more person & he said no. I asked to speak to a manager to get a further explanation & he said no, the manager won't see me, they'd be busy all day (although he went to the back to talk to "someone" prior). He then instructs to call Expedia to cancel. I'm from the US so it was going to cost me to make calls so I politely asked him if I could use the phone to cancel my booking (using the international number) & he said "NO we don't have a phone" after he took 2 phone calls in front of me. So as a paying customer they were rude to me and wouldn't assist me in any way. I then used my phone to cancel the booking - 31 minutes. An Expedia member called & said they refused to issue a refund AND were still rude. I would understand if I was trying to check in late & they missed a day of a potential booking but i arrived before check-in time. I'm disappointed that Expedia hasn't at least matched what i lost to the hotel in a voucher & that i wasted 31 minutes on the phone (costly) trying to cancel. it didn't matter.

Nice hotel but out the way of everything

We stayed thinking it was close to Disneyland but it wasn’t which was our own faults for not checking properly but it is not near a bus stop or anything so you have to get a taxi everywhere which when it gets to the hotel the meter is already on 15 euros to get to Disneyland it cost 50 Euros by taxi there is a cheaper way to do it get a cab to train station then get a bus then a train but it can be hassle. The hotel staff are friendly it would be perfect if it was not in the middle of nowhere

Great stay

Very new hotel right on the banks of the River Marne. A little difficult to find but worth it. Excellent service but shame the restaurant was not operating on the night I stayed as it has fantastic reviews for gourmet dining. The Manager recommended a restaurant in the nearby town which was good. Will definitely stay again when next in the area to enjoy what the area has to offer.
