Elevator old , not working, steps are narrow, room is small, old building, door locks is old fashioned keys,air and heat,separate on top of each others,shower is good,bed is okay,one block from (Arc de Treumf)and 15 min walk to Eiffel Tower.

The staff was friendly and professional. I received a survey a few days before check-in, which was nice, asking if I had any special requests. The hotel's location is a big bonus. Overall, a great hotel for the price.

Check in was easy and smooth. The room was clean however the bathroom had a fair amount of mold in the shower. Was a good stay if you’re planning on not spending much time in the room and possibly just for the night. I booked one of the solo traveler rooms and it was quite noisy being right next to the stairs and elevator.

Me hospedé en enero, primero llegué para hacer el check in a las 2 pm como me indicaron y me demoraron 45 minutos en dar la habitación. A la noche cuando volvimos muertas de frío la calefacción de la habitación no funcionaba y debimos calefaccionarnos con estufa portátil. Además el agua de la ducha salía tibia casi fría, reclamé al conserje y me dijo que esperara una hora a que se calentara, la realidad es que pasaron 2 horas y seguía sin salir agua caliente, realmente dos puntos a tomar en cuenta en caso de hospedarse en invierno

Very friendly staff who were helpful in recommending areas and places to eat. Super close to the arc de triomphe and the champ Élysées and a metro station that you can easily go around the city with. Quiet hotel and clean. Comfortable space and nice area.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptiona : warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that made our stay special. the hot water was abundant and consistently available. It was cold in the room (number 622) when we arrived. There was no hot water in the shower twice. The hotel has a problem with hot water praparing system, especially when is fully accomodated. No hangers on the walls in shower room. Leaky windows, wind blows through them..No electric kettle in the room

There was no hot water for 3 days and with no explanation or solution from the more than rude reception staff. It was like it was our fault the hot water was not working. The weather was -3 to +2 on each day , a shower was a necessity , the reception were just plain rude amd of no help whatsoever.

The rooms are small but clean and very comfortable. Housekeeping staff was very attentive and will provide you with any extras you need. The hotel is just a couple of blocks from the Arc de Triomphe that has a metro station with direct lines to The Louvre (1) or Trocadéro-Eiffel Tower (6). Staff speak English.
