Delightful hotel, spotlessly clean, with very helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to help us throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent in range and quality. We booked the amazing sauna facility for private use whilst there - this was an added bonus on top if a brilliant stay. Will definitely book again when next in Paris.

This property is great, the staff is amazing, the breakfast is delicious and the sauna room is an awesome way to relax before or after a long trip. They make it so welcoming. Spring brezk Paris vacation. I would highly recommend this hotel. Really nice clean property, beds were comfortable and breakfast was great. But i would really like to shout out the staff. The were very friendly and attentive. Diana in the mornings and the 2 men at night, i belive one of their names is Justice went above and beyond. Thank you guys fir that. The hotel is in a great location near a lot restaurants. I will definitely stay here again.

We walked to the hotel from Gare du Nord. It was easy to find, a couple of hundred metres off Rue Lafayette. We were greeted by Patrick, who has to be in all my years of international travelling, one of the nicest, most supportive people i have ever met at the reception desk. it soon became clear that this was the standard for all staff at the hotel. not one failed to meet this standard. The room was small but well outfitted, qiet and comfortable. The bathroom was stunning. Breakfasts were a great mix of foods for all tastes. Rest assured we will be back there again soon.

I had an excellent experience at Faubourg Galant and truly loved my stay. The hotel is very welcoming, well organized, and clearly focused on delivering a great guest experience. The highlight was the staff. Everyone was kind and attentive, and João made a real difference. He speaks Portuguese, which helped a lot, and he handled an issue with my room reservation flawlessly. He solved everything quickly, with genuine care, kindness, and attention to detail. The breakfast is also delicious, with great quality and a very pleasant way to start the day. This level of service really elevates the experience. I felt welcomed, respected, and well taken care of throughout my stay. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again.

We arrived at around 12pm and we asked if we could check in early and the check in was incredibly smooth, João helped us check in and it was the most comfortable and sweetest person ever. Super attentive and friendly and made us very comfortable since the start. The hotel scent is very beautiful and it has a luxury feel, I don’t know how to explain! They have a water fountain available at the hotel and you can re-fill your bottle as many times as you want. The gym has really good equipment and they also have a sauna! The room was really good and the bathrooms are good. The only thing I would say that would need improvement, but it wasn’t a problem at all for us, but could be for someone else is the water pressure in the shower. I seriously loved this hotel and I think we have found our forever hotel in Paris. Seriously, 10 stars in my opinion - thank you for making our stay, incredible ☺️🤍

This hotel is a nightmare, I really recommend you not to stay here. The AC doesn't works, there's no windows in the room, it takes 20 minutes for hot water to come out, the beds and pillows are horrible, the staff can't do anything to resolve the issues, They tried to fix the AC it worked next day for 1 hour only then it was broken again with water fooling down on top of my things. The breakfast is not good at all. So if you will like to have a nice stay I strongly recommend you to look for another hotel. Besides cars can't go in on the street it is located so you have to walk if it raining or if you have suitcases you have to figure it out yourself to arrive and leave, the staff won't help you at all.

You should allow guests to cancel their reservation when you are unable to provide hot water for basic needs such as showering. We arrived at the hotel around 10–11 PM and were only informed upon arrival that there was no hot water available. This is a basic amenity that guests reasonably expect when booking a room. What made the situation even worse was that we were not allowed to cancel our reservation, and no apology or accountability was offered. The staff’s attitude was extremely disappointing. We were simply told, “I’m not the manager. There’s nothing I can do.” This is not an acceptable way to treat paying customers. Had we been informed about this issue in advance, we would have chosen to stay elsewhere. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had while traveling. In the end, we had to take the room key and go elsewhere just to take a shower. No guest should have to deal with a situation like this after paying for accommodation.

In pieno centro arrivi in 10 min a piedi all'opera e in 20 min a Place Vendome e Montmartre! Vicina anche la metro 7 che collega le altre linee della metro e la rer A e B con cui puoi raggiungere sia Disneyland sia l'aereoporto Camere piccoline ma confortevoli! Colazione continentale buona!
