Un espace optimisé et pratique pour un court séjour. Le lit en ascenseur offre un aménagement original, situé à 1 m de hauteur lorsqu'il est descendu et 2m20 environ lorsqu'il est en haut. L'appartement est propre dans l'ensemble, avec quelques détails perfectibles.Le quartier est agréable, avec une grande diversité de restaurants à découvrir. L'accès est facile depuis la gare François Mitterrand (ligne 14 / RER C).Une panne d’eau chaude a eu lieu durant le séjour, mais le gérant a réagi rapidement pour résoudre le problème.Idéal pour un séjour pratique et sans prise de tête de courte durée (2nuits) !

Le studio, de plain pied qui est en fait une petite maison rénovée au sud est du 13éme arrondissement est très bien équipé.(plein de petites choses dans la cuisine pour agrémenter les repas)
Ce quartier en plein devenir à quelques pas de la bibliothèque F.Mitterand, non loin du boulevard des maréchaux et à un jet de pierre du chinawton parisien est sûr, paisible et bien desservi (tram ligne 14 RER C)
