Gulfview Unit on 16th floor , Very clean and spacious !!! Beautiful 1 bedroom plus bunk bed area, 2 bathroom condo at 16th floor with Gulf view and Lake view located at most famous and very attractive Laketown Wharf condominium . At the night music- colour fountains show at the Lake. Centrally located with walking distance to the beach( 5 min), shops, restaurants and many activities. Condo complex offer parking garage, 4 pools , hot tubs , mini golf and much more. Very spacious rooms with big balcony. Unit with WiFi, Cable is fully stocked ,equipped for you stay ! Required to pay Resort fee $86 and parking .

Great family vacay!

Loved our stay at Laketown Wharf. Property is in great location with many things to do and several food options. The condo was just as described and check in and out were a breeze. We will definitely stay here again.

The condo was exactly as shown on the website.... BEAUTIFUL😍. The view of the beach from the balcony was breathtaking. My son and I loved everything about it. Besides the long wait for elevators everything was perfect. Mrs. Irina was amazing and I will definitely be booking with her again in the years to come.

Amazing View!

We stayed at this property for a week and it was so awesome. Very clean property just as pictured. They even had the stuff you might forget to brink like seasonings, blow dryers ice packs and so much more. The only downfall we had was that the elevators closest to us was very sketchy and one of them was closed. The restaurant on site and close by are great esp the taco place on site and pineapple willys across the street. Having a Walmart just behind makes getting things you need so easy.

Very nice condo but the actual resort was awful busy. Long wait times for elevators.

Renting throug VRBO was very easy and the actual condo was great. Could not enjoy the balcony because We had issue with neighbors next door smoking and it was not always cigarettes.
