Beautiful

My family really enjoyed this condo. It was very clean and spacious. Even being on the 18th floor, the elevators were never a problem. We definitely plan to stay again.

This condo was the nicest we have stayed in while visiting PCB. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was in a perfect location…not super crowded. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice condo in a perfect location

We enjoyed our stay at the Boardwalk! The condo was very comfortable and clean. We appreciated that there were plenty of towels, clean bedding, and that the kitchen had everything we needed. The location on Thomas Drive was convenient and less crowded than other areas of Panama City Beach where we've stayed. Highly recommend this condo!

Great Condo, Perfect Location, Lacking Property

Condo was amazing, clean, with amazing views. Property management was easy to communicate with and only had one hiccup with delivering towels to the wrong room. The condo was only set up originally with 6 towels for three bedrooms. Property - The property is extremely strict around the pool. No drinks, even from the tiki bar on property, allowed near the pool. No real "playing" with the kids in the pool as it was deemed rough housing. Overall great condo, but probably would try another area due to the strictness of the actual property.

Would stay again

Boardwalk was a very nice complex that doesn't feel over crowded. The unit was very nice and had great views. We fit 4 adults and 4 children without feeling like we were in top of each other. My one suggestion is if you like a fluffy pillow, bring your own.

Amazing time!

Condo was super nice and very clean. Building and property were also clean. Big patio. Wonderful staff. Easy walk to the beach. Less traffic than being closer to Pier Park, and really enjoyed the restaurants down this way. My only complaint is the ‘no toys in the pool’. We have toddlers, so just “sitting” in the pool isn’t exactly fun for them. I think if it’s that big a of deal, the pool should be split in half with an ‘adults only’ section.

Locks!!!!

I wish I had known that this unit did not have a safety latch or dead bolt on the front door it was way to easy for my 2&3 year olds to get out of the room. The back sliding door lock was either broken or just wouldn’t work. Thankfully they didn’t try that one. Also would have been nice to have had a lock on the master bedroom door that actually locked. If these minor things were fixed we would definitely rent this condo again. Everything else was awesome. The staff was great. I took all 5 kids to the splash pad daily and they were very helpful and kind. Looking at pictures I didn’t think that the kids would like the splash pad because it was plain in the pictures. but they have added little figures that spray water as well and my kids loved it. We will definitely be booking with this place resort again. Hopefully the other condos have locks.

Sent a email regarding TVs not working. Never got a reply.

Condo was very clean. Pictures on line where on spot. Beds were great. No book in condo regardless who to contract. Got a maintaince man on site to help us out to fix TVs. Only had working TVs 3 days out of the 17 days.

The views from the property were outstanding and gorgeous! The location is prime, sitting right on the beach. The company was quick to respond to a few requests and questions. Check in and check out was smooth.

Pretty good experience

The location was great and the individual condo was very nice. There were visible rat traps by the air conditioner units outside though. Also, the remotes to a couple of the tvs weren’t working and the jets in the garden tub wouldn’t turn on.

Great fun on the beach

We had the best time celebrating new jobs, birthdays, and Father’s Day! The property was convenient to restaurants, shopping, and parks. On-site, any need we had was met. The only problem we had was with the bunk beds. The weight limit was 120 pounds. None of us weighs less than that so we had to put those mattresses on the floor which was pretty awful. I suggest the weight limit be added to the advertisement.

This room was perfect for our weekend!

We had a mother/daughter weekend with 3 adults and 3 teens and this room was perfect for it. It was clean and comfortable and fresh. The only thing we would add is to bring extra blankets and pillows as there are no extras but the kitchen was well equipt to make it feel like home. Would definitely come back and stay again!

Condo was nice, dealing with Real Joy was not.

Overall the condo was nice, clean, and very spacious. The view and location was excellent. Boardwalk was one of the better places I've stayed in Panama City. The issue was Real Joy and the customer service we received. We were told we couldn't check in early, and then that we could when cleaning was done which would be no longer than a hour, called back in a hour and a half and was told no way a early check in was happening. Very frustrating. One of the box fans provided didn't work (they did bring another one) - and one of the sinks in the master was clogged, neither of those issues were a huge deal. We also had issues with the TV service the entire time we was there, although most people do not go on vacation to watch tv, with toddlers & small children it was a necessity. we called twice about the issue someone came out the next morning and got it working for a few hours... then it stopped working again, called again spoke to a very unpleasant representative named Jeremy who was extremely rude- the company did send a Easter basket for the trouble and rude employee, which was generous, but then the TV stopped working again in ALL three bedrooms. The whole ordeal would have been less frustrating if I had received better customer service through it. I would personally never stay in a condo through Real Joy again just based off the customer service I received.

Gorgeous property

Was a gorgeous condo, comfortably fit my husband and MIL and four kids. The amenities at the condo are amazing. Only issue we had was we couldn’t get into our condo for hours due to no response from RealJoy which was very frustrating after traveling so far.

Beautiful oceanfront

Great view right on the beach and close to restaurants and activities. Only drawback was third bedroom had two bunks that would not be suitable for adults. Property staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were a little concerned about being on the 18th floor, but the 5 elevators made it a non-issue. Convenient parking. We would stay here again.

One of the better units (but that's not saying much)

The property seemed like it was once nice, but has been in decline for the past 20 years. The sleeper couch was broken, and there was a huge tear in the leather of the second couch, as well as one of the dining chairs. This wasn't a deal breaker, but but not quite what we were hoping for. The most unfortunate part was that we had family staying in other units on the property and ours was in FAR better condition :( The first night we arrived, we hopped into bed only to discover sand in the sheets. Let me tell you, arriving after a long trip and finally getting to rest, only to realize the sheets hadn't been changed was a HUGE disappointment (not to mention yuck). When we called about the problem, someone brought us new sheets the next day, but no one offered to change them for us. I even asked, and they declined saying that there wasn't anyone available to do that. Everyone makes mistakes, and it is how we handle them that is what I truly care about. The Boardwalk staff was extremely minimal, and the limited interactions that I had were not good. We were still able to enjoy our time at the beach, but people should know what to expect so that they are not disappointed.
