Thank you very much for everything! The house was beautiful, very clean and well stocked with everything to accommodate our stay. For some of us it was our first time seeing the ocean and it was a fantastic first experience. We loved the hot tub and huge table for our games, the view and the space. We've already discussed coming back and sincerely hope to in the future.

My only criticism is it is time to update mattresses . Really appreciated how appointed the kitchen was and the beach furniture was great . Need soap in the bathrooms . Overall great time had by all , plenty of space in bedrooms and living area !

Family Vacation

Good house for a family beach stay

Overall, a positive experience here. There were some minor maintenance issues that arose, but they were addressed by the host. This home is better stocked than most rentals I’ve seen. Would stay here again.

Amazing Views

It was a great time staying at this house.It slept 2 families of 4, and we had plenty of space.The views from the top floor were amazing and my favorite thing about this house.Layout is a bit odd but very accommodating.Hot tub is very nice as well but does not go over 99 degrees. Charcoal grill is only available on site, but it works just fine. Our only concern was, that the place was not cleaned well.Floors were very dirty, and couches had animal hair all over them. The first night both of our 2 and 4 year old's got bitten by fleas.We had to spend entire day cleaning the house and find remedies for fleas.

Absolutely perfect for family vacation!!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! 4 generations- ages 2 to 82 years old. The layout is wonderful - the main living area and kitchen is all together but when you need a little time to yourself, the bedrooms are all separate enough. Having a bathroom inside all bedrooms was perfect for privacy and convenience. We cooked almost every meal and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. It was spotless when we arrived also. The location was wonderful - it’s not in the middle of the high rise busy traffic section so it’s quiet and the beach isn’t crowded there. The house is literally a few steps onto the beach - even closer than we thought it would be. We honestly couldn’t think of anything we would change or need. The whole family agreed they’d like to come back to the same place again next year. An easy 5/5 experience for us.

Surfside Retreat is all that and more!

I've stayed in 100's of BnBs/Rentals across the globe. I have never stayed somewhere that so exceeded expectations. Location, Location, Location. Is perfect. 50 yards from the beach. the heavy beach crowd falls on either side of a series of houses, with this in the middle. So the beach is less congested. It's easy walking distance to a great seafood place (Surfside seafood) which also has a bar. The Alibi Bar is also nearby with live bands. A longer but doable walk to strip mall with a great Pizza place (Brick and Barley) liquor store (Newbys) and Ice cream shoppe (Mr Puffs). 10 min from the wharf and St Andrews old town and state park. The white sands are just as advertised. House Amenities Completely updated and renovated. 5 bedrooms, each with a very nice walk in shower. The "Master" in the basement has a king and a day bed which would slide four kids or two adults. Basically you can sleep in beds 16 people and have 5 full baths and 2 1/2 baths to work with. The tile is neat and easy to keep clean. The ENORMOUS table can seat 16 with another 8 or so at a large kitchen buffet. Kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need to cook. Decor is great and modern. Little things like power strips with USB ports in all the room and multiple outlets on the breakfast bar. The two large tables on the upper deck (which is covered) is a great. Negatives? gotta stretch to find any. Beach chairs could use updating. The front door electronic lock is finicky.

Family beach trip

This property was amazing! Very well stocked, both kitchen and bathrooms. We loved sitting on the balcony to drink our coffee. Very close to the water. I would love to stay here again. We didn’t have any issues but a couple of questions that were answered very quickly by Patrick. I highly recommend this house!

Wonderful Vacation!

The beachfront home is nicely nestled among low-rise townhomes. Majority of the time, the location is very quiet with low traffic. There is a bar a couple of blocks within walking distance if you're looking for some evening grub and live music; if not, then you're insulated from the sounds once inside. The rental is well depicted in all the online photos - it was spacious for 5 teenagers (shared the downstairs bedrooms), 4 adults (upstair bedrooms), and a sweet Bullmastiff. We had a great view and it was so convenient to walk to and from the beach. Despite it being a holiday weekend, our location was not crowded compared to the high rise condominiums further down on both sides. What a convenience and perk not to struggle for elevators and crowds!

Best House on PCB!

I can not brag about this house enough! It was exactly like the house in the photos ❤️ Very nice furnishings and stocked with everything you can think of. The best part is the two story decks with “wash off” areas and its own short beach access. There were even plenty of beach chairs, a beach wagon, swimboards, and umbrella. And two sets of refrigerators and washer/dryers were a hit! Will definitely rent again for a big group!

Perfect family beach house

This house was perfect for our family vacation. With 7 adults and one baby, everyone had their own space and more. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Most of our time was spent relaxing on the upper deck with spectacular views of the ocean! We usually stay in a condo so this was our first time to have a house. It was so nice to be able to step out the back door and be on the beach. Would definitely return!

Coffee on the Beach!!

A perfect spot on the beach with easy convenient beach days. Kids and Adults could go on and off the beach without it being a project! Grandkids had coffee on the beach with Poppi every morning! Had the perfect stay!

Great location!

Great house with amazing views! Our family of 9 adults and 5 kids spent a wonderful week here. The kitchen was stocked better than most VRBO homes…plenty of pots, pans and utensils. The extra fridge and ice maker were very handy. I highly recommend this house for large groups especially with children. The direct access to the beach made it easy. I’d definitely consider staying here again!
