My daughters and nieces loved having the room that slept 4 to themselves. Easy walk to the beach. Multiple ceiling tiles in the kitchen were broken and stained. Pots and pans were put away in the cabinets dirty. Kitchen refrigerator felt like it wasn’t keeping our groceries cool enough, so we went and purchased a large ice chest to keep perishables in it, response we got from host was “it takes 24hrs for the refrigerator to cool”. I don’t feel like that was an appropriate response when food spoils in much less time than that. Overall, we liked our stay at Sugar Beach, but would try a different unit next time.

The pictures of the condo on the website is very deceiving. We were shocked when we walked into the condo and saw all the water stains all over the ceiling. The ceiling tiles were ready to fall off ceiling. Living room furniture was very dirty and dust was thick on the ceiling fans. Thank goodness for Sarah and Darryl at Emerald Properties. They did right by us by putting us in another condo(a clean and very nice). I would not recommend this condo to anyone! The owner needs to fix what needs repairing and replace LR furniture or have professionally cleaned! Disgusting place.

Beach days are the best days

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well equipped. The walk to the beach was short. The area was family friendly and quiet. We would definitely stay at Sugar Beach again.

We had a great time. My only complaint is the floors need to be deep cleaned. If you walked in your bare fee, the bottoms were nasty.

Great condo

This was a great condo. Spacious with a great view. My only complaint would be that the kitchen cabinets need a good clean on the outside. I washed all the knobs on the front of the doors because they were sticky. Otherwise, the condo was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots/pans/dishes. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed that the condo had 3 bathrooms. It made it easier for getting ready for our day. Overall it was a great stay.

Nice condo

This was a nice condo. Very clean. Communication was good. We enjoyed the courtyard, tennis courts, pool and beach access. My only complaint is that the beds aren’t super comfortable. Outside of that, everything was great!

Best Condos

We’ve stayed at Sugar Beach a few times, first time in this condo. It was clean and well equipped. The kitchen had adequate dishes and cookware. Washer and dryer worked great. We love the location and proximity to the beach. We also enjoy that it isn’t super crowded right in front of this complex. We will stay here again!

It’s always unnerving to not know anything about where we will be staying. Upon entering the condo, an immediate sense of ease washed over us! We felt comfortable and completely at home. This was our daughter’s surprise engagement event! I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our visit! We are already planning for next July (2024)!!

Nice, clean property

For us, this was the ideal location. We weren't on the party end of the strip yet, we had several options for food and shopping within walking distance from the condo. We had easy, beachfront access and a nice pool area with club house. There was also a nice sized grill in a separate area. I looked for the office to obtain a parking decal as per instruction but, they were closed all weekend. Not sure how that works if you are there during the week. Overall, we had a great time. Our condo was spacious and offered everything we could imagine needing. There was a large Koi pond with tons of turtles, a shuffleboard court and a tennis court if we needed a dry option. Very pleased.

Moderately clean, needs some updates, 2 lamps did not work, there is a hole in the ceiling by the patio door, first floor shower does not drain well and needed to be cleaned before using. Overall it’s was in a great location. We have stayed in this complex before and we really like it.

Our stay was great. The only thing that was annoying was that the property management company randomly changed the gate codes throughout the week without notifying the guests so it was always a guessing game and waiting for someone with the correct code to let us in.

Great Beach Condo

We had a great experience at this condo. Very clean and plenty of room for the 5 of us. Private beach entrance and a couple of restaurants in walking distance. Will book again when headed to Panama City.
