Absolutely loved this house and location!

The house was beautiful, it was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect with the pool, beach, and shops/restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here.

My family all agreed that this was the best place we’d ever stayed.

The home was beautiful and had everything we could have wanted. The 3rd floor was awesome!

This house was beautiful and well decorated. It had plenty of space and areas to lounge. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the third floor entertainment area due to time but the set up was really nice. The management service checked in with us often. The location was great and is walking distance to Main Street and Barrette Square. Would love to go back to enjoy in the summer. Recommendation: add some hooks in the bathroom to hang more towels.

Amazing stay!

This was a great house for our group of 17 with room to spare. All of the finishes are high end and the location is convenient to both the pool and the beach. We’ll be back!

Wonderful quiet holiday gathering

We were able to gather with our family members at this beautiful property and enjoy the view, the comfortable arrangements and easy walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and the beach. I highly recommend this property!

Lots of space to enjoy!

A great house for a large group - we had 10 staying, with 3 children and everyone was able to stretch out and have their own space. Minutes walk to the pool and a tram stop right outside also made it ideal for kids.

Great place for a Group

This was a great house to bring a large group to for our spring break. They even had bikes in the garage for us to use. Very accommodating and clean, we had a great time. Make sure you bring beach towels when you come as those are not provided.

We had a wonderful time at The Grand Pearl. We have stayed in Seacrest 7 times in 7 different houses and this is by far the BEST home we've stayed in. This House! This neighborhood! The community pool!! We highly recommend staying here. Our group of 11 were simply shocked at how great this house was. Plenty of room, the 3rd level!!, the accessibility to the pool, tram stop right at the house. Super clean, cupboard of games for us to play at night, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels. The bikes were great for morning and evening strolls. All of us agreed, we LOVED our beds! Truly a wonderful home and community we would love to come back! We had an issue with a shower and the management team was very quick to come and work on the issue and they were very friendly! Absolutely a wonderful home and experience

Beautiful Home!

My extended family loved staying at The Grand Pearl. It had plenty of room to spread out, more than enough seats at table and kitchen island, numerous deck areas to hangout on. We loved the 3rd floor deck - half screened in, half open. So much fun! Property manager was always available via text and really easy to work with. Highly recommend!

The Grand Pearl is amazing! It is conveniently located with beach and pool access. We had a tram stop conveniently located directly in front of our rental to take us to the beach, shopping and restaurants. It is also so close that you can walk yo the beach, shops and restaurants. This house has so much space. We were able to come together and have our own space. The third floor provided the relaxation and space necessary for our 1 year old grandkids to roam and play while we relaxed. This house has everything you need. This house provided us with the safety and security we love. This amazing place also gives you access to takes long walks, runs and bike rides. Thank you for everything.

Large house, great bunk room

Large house. Great for big families. A sparse, but adequately supplied kitchen. The deck is amazing and high enough to get a nice breeze. Hand towels for bathrooms would be helpful. Pro tip; Buy more paper towels than you think you need.

Gem of a house

Large spacious house with plenty of room for our group of all ages. Tram to the pool and beach is convenient and effortless. Tram stop right outside the house. Only surprise: Bathroom for 3rd floor king bedroom has no tub or shower. Great memories. Would rent this house again.

Gorgeous house!

Really beautiful house with a great layout in a perfect location. The upstairs deck is amazing! However, there are not 7 full bathrooms as stated in the listing - there are 5. In addition, the bedroom on the 3rd floor only has a 1/2 bath - which proved to be very inconvenient for our group.

Beautiful home with everything you need. Would suggest beach towels and chairs for those of us flying in. Our biggest issue was not with the house, but the community rules. Couldn't believe you can't have drinks in the pool.

73 Beach Bike Way

Beautiful house!! Amazing porch and gathering areas for the whole family. Kitchen was great! Two laundry rooms were very helpful to keep up with dirty/sandy clothes. The only downfall does not lie with the property or the community….but the beach access and location is heavily crowded. Not enough beach for the amount of beach this community is accessing.

Incredible experience!!

The house was amazing, enough space for our group of 18 with lots of social room. Close the pool and square and just a short trolly ride to the beach. Not a single compliant. With all that said what was truly amazing was the attention to detail on check in, calls to fix a water leak, and lots of other stuff that at times was aftet hours. The service provided was remarkable!! Thank you from our family's and will see you next year!! Mark
