I was surprised that this was a Wyndham property. The room reminded me of a Super 8 Motel. The drapes had huge holes and a big rip about 10 inches in length near the patio door handle. The doors were so worn the paint was flaked off and there were several areas in the room (108) where it was obvious a quick dry wall patch was done. It looked like someone that had never done drywall did the job. The staff was nice and overall clean. The room could use some touching up definitely. I have photos.

Check in was okay. But took forever. There was another guest behind me, she looked to be upset. I went to unload my vehicle and she was storming outside on the phone. She was upset because the pool was closed. Saying that it was not warned while booking at all. If it was warned, she would've booked another room somewhere else. Which I understand, she had a 6 or 7 year old with her. That was the start. I get to my room and it's really dated. It had a smell, like old smell. I only stayed one night but I did not want to place any of my belongings down. I didnt complain, just left it. Then the next morning, I go for thr complimentary breakfast and that was a joke. I've stayed at other hotels with the same price or cheaper and they had a better selection and it was more clean. The staff looked at you as if you were disturbing them. All they had was cold cereal and waffles and yogurt. Where's the egg and sausage or bacon? Bread perhaps? As I was walking up to get a cold cereal the staff lady cut me off, grabbed both milk container and pushed it to the kitchen. She did not look at me once. Ignored my presence and just stood there wiping the counter down. I just placed my empty plate down and walked off. With no breakfast and decided to load up and leave. I'm hungry and irritated. I get my ice chest and after loading up and figured I'd go grab some ice on the first and second floor. They're both broken! The front desk lady is unaware of it! What a waste of money. Book somewhere else!

Pool is closed for the whole season !!!

The pool is closed for the season, it was not mentioned at the reservation, no possibility to use the pool of another hotel from the same chain in Page. The kids are very disappointed. The breakfast do not offer a protein every day

For a pit stop overnight, I would say it was just okay. It wasn’t terrible, but would I stay here again? Probably not. The bathroom door handle doesn’t lock or even close. The hair dryer attached to the wall was broken, but at least they left a spare in the closet. The toilet seat and scratches and obviously very old. The walls were dirty and looked like painted over many times. There was only 1 elevator and it was really slow and smelled very old. We only staged in Page overnight to go to Antelope Canyon. Otherwise, we won’t be back. The breakfast I wouldn’t even call it breakfast. It was all carbs: waffles, bagels, toasts, and cereal. 2 juice options. And yogurt cups. No protein or fruits.

The elevator was located at one end of the building and our rooms were clear at the other. This made it difficult for our aging mother to walk. There should definitely be two banks of elevators, one on each end, or one in the middle. Not a great set up. There was no ice machine on the third floor, the one on the second floor did not work, and there was no bottled water available in any of the vending machines. They were all sold out. It was difficult to get water and ice. Also, they were training a new agent when we arrived. And there was no one else there to help. The second agent needed to help the trainee, but the line and the wait was getting longer. There should’ve been another agent there helping so the first could focus on training. Eventually, someone did come, but it took quite a while. The rooms were clean and the AC unit worked well. The price was right, but I don’t know if I would stay there again.

Carpets were filthy. Strong pot odor all down the hall and got into our room. Ice cube machine didn’t work. Not much for breakfast. I chose this hotel based on the reviews and I was very disappointed. Front desk staff was not super helpful or friendly. I’ve stayed at less expensive hotels on this road trip and this was by far the worst one.

Had a room with a balcony that front desk helped change to. Thank you. With only one elevator and being on 3rd floor, would be nice if it worked a bit faster. 17 seconds, I counted many times just for the elevator door to close between floors. Would also like eggs and sausage available at breakfast, cold cereal and waffles get tiring after a couple days. Also, would appreciate closed caption available on TV so I didn't keep bothering my wife while sleeping or guests next door.
