Not sure how this place got a 9 star rating. Arrived to a parking lot full of snow. The area in front of the rooms wasn't plowed at all. Just a strip in the middle of the lot. Check in went fine. Got to our room and found the desk chair totally broken. Told front desk but they had no replacements. Next morning had to go searching for continental breakfast as we were not told it was in a different room. Could not get in to breakfast room. Front desk clerk let us in. Apologized that there was hardly any food as the storm delayed deliveries. I think they should have informed us of this at check in. Room was ok but bathroom was dirty around floor edges. I realize snow is a rarity here, but come on. Inform your guests!

The room is WAY better than expected given the location. Don’t be fooled, the staff and the rooms are great! Had to rent a room for work during the snowmageddon of 26 and I was pleased with everything. I ended up finding a ride out of town after I had already paid for another night and the staff was very understanding and gave us a refund. Thank you so much for helping us during this tumultuous time!

Paducah was a great stopping point on our way from Florida to MN. This place seems to be in a safe location and the town was cute. Not a lot of road noise. The room was really all we needed. Mini refrigerator was handy, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast room (located to the right and behind the office) was a surprise and the selection was nice). The cleanliness could have been a bit better but for the price it was a good find.

Beds were super comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff at front desk. Room was fine except bathroom floor needed a good scrubbing. It was actually sticky and dirt in corners and around base. Location perfect for our needs. Pretty good for the price.

Just need a bed for the night for a reasonable cost. What a pleasure to find a place with clean and comfortable rooms! Drive the extra two miles away from the intestate and support this place. They clearly take pride in their business.

The pillows were stained. No comforters on the bed. Handle in shower not attached. Someone was living in the hotel above us. If I was Wyndham I would take my name off the place.
