What a horror stay. For 200 dollars you get an advertised hot tub that is permanently closed, a pool closed for repair, the worst gray in color breakfast with watery waffles, rude check in, walls that are thin so you can adequately hear the highway and whoever else is rooming next to you, a fold out couch that blocks the main sleeping area in (thank God I have long legs) and a floor that is complete with a thumb tack for me to step on. I have photos of the foot and bed and will post on a similar nasty review. Do Not stay here!

Convenient to expressway and shopping.

Room was clean. Slightly muggy though. Showerhead pressure was 7/10.

We like that is clean and the have a hot breakfast the staff is friendly and helpful.

This was the best choice and place to stay! Every one was friendly and courteous and attentive to my traveling needs! Great staff!!

Clean Spacious rooms..................................

The floors were clean and the room did not stink or reek of perfume to cover a smelly air conditioner. Great job!

I highly recommend this hotel. Beautiful rooms , super clean, nice complimentary breakfast, great staff.

Very nice. The best front desk staff ever! They were accommodating and friendly late at night with a very full hotel.

The hotel and room were clean, modern, and well cared for, but overall there were some disappointing touches. Breakfast is only 6a-9a, whereas some other places offer breakfast until 10. I ate around 8:15 all four days and the hot food was already pretty well ransacked and I settled for a poorly toasted bagel. The coffee selection is also slim, and often lukewarm as they just use thermos pots and not a more elaborate system. The beds are rock hard and pillows paper thin, two strikes. The highway noise is very loud, luckily I'm a heavy sleeper, strike three. Not to mention the flood light illuminating the unused tennis court 24/7, which lit up my room unless I closed the black-out curtains. The other furnishings are fine, couches and desks in the living area served me well for my stay. Overall, I think in the market segment there are better options. There's also a brand new La Quinta Inn next door, and Residence Inn, and Hampton Suites a stone's throw away. Stay in one of those instead.

Beautiful place with clean comfortable rooms. Friendly staff and wonderful complementary breakfast. Very comfortable and cozy bed, room had its own thermostat so I didn't have to mess with the wall unit, I've never seen that before. They were kind to allow us extra time before checkout, we were in town for a wedding and didn't want to arrive to the church too early, so we were allowed an extra hour. First time stay at a Fairfield Inn and if they are all like this one I will definitely stay with them again! A shining example set by this Hotel.

I was greeted by very welcoming desk clerks and every staff member from the front desk to the cleaning folks were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were only average and had a bare feeling. The room colors appear to have been chosen by a Dutch foreign exchange student. The TV, mini fridge, micro were all in good condition. The little gym is modest but has new equipment and was very enjoyable. They had piped in cable to a main TV in the gym and also each treadmill and elliptical with lots of channels to choose from. The pool and spa were both very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts are standard scrambled eggs with bacon or sausage, gravy and biscuits, waffle maker, yogurt, some fruit, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, toast, bagels... etc. Not close to downtown but close to what you find in typical suburban sprawl, which is convenient if not charming. It's a good place to stay.

nice, clean, hotel. great for stopping at while in the middle of a long drive.

My second stay at this hotel and would use it again and recommend to others.

We had a tight budget and there was plenty to do at the hotel itself. Swim, basketball, tennis, and the suit we stayed in was nice. Look forward to staying again.

Perfect clean, quiet stay. Very good breakfast included. Great with kids.

I was just looking to get away for the weekend and we found this hotel so we wanted to try it out. We had a great experience staying there, nothing to complain about at all. The times for the Continental breakfast were perfect, they kept refilling the food and it was delicious. The beds were very comfortable and came with five pillows each. We had plenty of room for two people to fit our luggage and food and to move around. The bathroom was clean and very spacious. The shower was warm with a lot of room and had a very nice curtain to cover as to not let any water spray all over the floor.

Rachel, I apologize that you were not happy with your stay. I wish you had one of our more typical happy experiences. We are trying to get the hot tub image on the web sites taken down. I will also look into your breakfast and check in experiences. I do hope we are able to serve you again.Thank you,
