Studio perfect for a romantic getaway or a business traveler, this brand new studio suite is sleek, modern, and thoughtfully appointed so all you have to do is sit back, relax, and soak up stunning bay views.

The bedroom/living area has a comfortable queen-size bed, kitchenette with mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, and microwave, a small desk area for guests needing to work remotely, and a flat screen TV with streaming services.

A large sliding glass door leads to a private deck where you can enjoy a quiet cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine with unobstructed views of the picturesque bay below.

The spacious bathroom has a large double vanity, walk-in tiled shower, and an open closet area.

Homes in Pacific Seawatch include access to the community clubhouse.
Pacific Seawatch Club House Pool: Located right across the street from the Pacific Seawatch Club House and Pool, with premium workout equipment, a 45' saltwater indoor swimming pool: 6 AM - 11 PM, and a 9-hole mini-golf course. A short 10-minute orientation provides you with access to the facility during your stay. (Please note the keycard will not work outside of these hours.)
Per requirements by the Pacific Seawatch Homeowners Association, a signed Release Form is required to gain access to the community clubhouse. We'll reach out to you after booking to get this form signed.

Located a mile from local shops and restaurants, guests will enjoy exploring the delights of Pacific City, then returning to their coastal haven.

Please note: This home is not the main home and instead a studio with its own private entrance on the side of the house. The studio suite is attached to a private residential home that can be occupied. This home has a private side entry with 1 designated parking space.
