Misleading Listing, Dirty Property & Poor ManagementI’ve sent the management company pictures and messages with no resolution or a real response. Do not stay here. After many VRBO experiences in the Owensboro area, this was by far the worst rental I've ever had.1. DECEPTIVE LISTING: The property is advertised as being on Griffith Ave…it is not! It's located on 15th Street, and the actual address is hidden until after you book. That is deliberately misleading and a serious red flag. 2. FAILED EARLY CHECK-IN: I paid 40 for early check-in, only to receive incorrect instructions by email. I had to spend unnecessary time on the phone just to get into the property. While a refund was issued, the hassle should never have happened in the first place.3. FILTHY CONDITION: The couch was covered in mud and dirt completely unusable. The floors were in the same state. This is basic cleaning that should be handled before any guest arrival.4. LAWN MOWERS ON A SUNDAY: Landscapers showed up mid-stay on a Sunday to mow the grass, which was loud and disruptive. This should have been taken care of before we arrived.5. NO RESPONSE: After talking with them about the issues, they said they would talk to their financial department and get back to us for some financial compensation for the inconvenience and issues but they never responded. This property is managed by True North and I'd strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and find a better-managed rental.
