I was in town for business for one night and stayed here. Large room with 2 queen beds and even though I was next to the elevator the room was quiet. My only complaint was I had to ask for my Platinum Reward when I checked in to the hotel.

This hotel has a particularly nice lobby, lounge-like area, and cafe/restaurant all in the entry of the hotel. They have a nice hot tub, pool, fitness room and back patio fire pit area. The room was nice, and clean with plenty of amenities. We only stayed one night so we didn't get to take advantage of all they offer. Food for breakfast the following morning was good, and priced reasonably. Best was a little soft for our liking, but I know that is preference.

Overall average. Didn't clean the room in a timely fashion. Staff was friendly and accommodating. REALLY didn't care for the highway noise in the room. Bed was comfy. We were in town for a wedding. Don't think I'd stay again.

Easy check in, staff was friendly and the room is spacious and clean. The internet is unsecured....puzzling. Overall it is a good place to stay. It is quiet and the location is handy to restaurants if you choose to not eat in the hotel. I will stay here again.

Love this hotel. We have stayed here several times . Once we had a family member loose their family in a house fire and they let us stay as long as we needed at no charge! Their hospitality office took very good care of us . We stay here every time we visit owensboro

The staff is always friendly and helpful. This is our regular place to stay for my husbands yearly business trip. The kids and I find lots to do during the day. There are plenty of places to eat and a nearby Walmart is always convenient for whatever we may have forgotten.

Check in was awkward, the desk clerk seemed totally disinterested and barely spoke to me. I had to ask for even the most basic piece of information. We had 2 rooms, 1 K the other 2 Q, for 2 nights. The rooms were okay, a bit dated-dark and gloomy but plenty of room, the beds good, nice bath amenities. The gripes, the toilet in the 2 Q room was 80% non working the 2 days. Desk was called, we were gone 12 hours and apparently no one came, still non operational. After another 2 calls someone finally came and said it was line blockage, not fixed. Did desk offer another room? NO. It was a good thing the 2 Q room was with us and could use our facilities. Upon checking out I told the new desk clerk what happened and I wanted "something done", 1 of the 2 nights for the 2 Q was taken off the bill. I am grateful that they did that but the whole thing was a huge inconvenience. A few things to consider, there isn't a free breakfast, although there is a Starbucks and a cafe in building. It is surrounded by restaurants with only a very few offering breakfast. Another negative is the wifi, it is free but it is unsecured, this is surprising since this place seems to lean towards business stays. On the positive it was quiet and the air conditioning worked.

this place has a place to get food and sleep . rooms are clean and food is good and the servers in lunch are are the best with keeping you with drinks . Met the hotel manger and He's a real nice person

This location is within walking distance to a few restaurants. It is a good property for an over night business trip. Nothing fancy. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The cafe was a little overpriced . I would ask not to be on the ground floor. You get a lot of head light traffic on the first floor.

Nice comfortable hotel. Beds were great. Plenty of room in the shower. There is a 24 hour Starbucks and the hot tub was a nice way to end the day. The bistro was a little pricey, but Panera isn't cheap either.
