It was absolutely gross, every single surface was dirty (carpet, walls, tables, tv, etc), one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever seen in my life

A Good Value Especially if You want SPACE

If you want bang for the buck and don’t mind quirky this is the place for you. There’s no check-in office; at 3/00 they email you the passcodes for the outer and room doors. We were pleasantly surprised by the sheer size of our room—a queen with pullout couch, a kitchenette stocked with pots and pans, cutlery, a microwave and a decent sized fridge. Bring your own paper towels and detergent. The bed and pillows are super comfy and the sheets and duvet seemed freshly washed. There was a desk and big set of drawers and two closets sp plenty of room for several people. They don’t clean the room unless you ask (by calling the number provided) and nobody is there to give you an extra pillow so make requests asap. My only complaint is that the lights in the parking lot do NOT come on, and even though the hotel is located in what seems to be an ok neighborhood (next door to a Aldi) but a dark lot is a big safety issue. We will be returning!

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights. The room itself was comfortable with a lovely outdoor view of the waterfront. However, the exterior of the property definitely needs attention. The grass around the hotel was noticeably overgrown, making the grounds look unkempt and difficult to enjoy. It was disappointing not to be able to walk around and take in the scenic area due to the lack of maintenance. Additionally, the outdoor trash container remained full for the entire duration of our stay, which detracted from the overall atmosphere. With some basic landscaping and upkeep, this hotel could offer a much more pleasant experience, especially considering the natural beauty of its location.
