It was a very nice hotel, very nice and clean room, with enough space, also we were confuse at first with checking in, our fault for not checking message sent by staff, they kind enough to find us a the second floor to help us figure out how to check in. Amazing stay, no complaints!

Room was great! The only downfall was there was no dryer. Love that there was a kitchen and washer. Location was great 10min walk to Dontorbori area. Kuromon market just a walk. Very nice spacious room for a family of 4. Very clean and comfortable. The area is so close to Dotonbori and Namba area. Just minutes walk. Easy check in and check out. What I had a problem is understanding the right address. It’s not showing in Apple Maps, only on Google Maps. Emailed address was also different from the address showing up in google. But google map was helpful. All in all, we have no other complaints. We had the best stay! We’ll definitely stay here again.
