Checkin was fast and accurate. The staff was courteous and informed us that our luggage had arrived by separate courier and was delivered to our room promptly. The room was clean and the AC controls were accurate and consistently cool. The half shower door was a little puzzling since it would seem that water could easily splash outside the tub while showering and felt drafty while showering. But we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again since the location is so convenient to access the train station.

We caught the train from Tokyo, and picked this hotel because it was so close to the shin-Osaka station. It was a quick walk out of the station. When we got to our room, we found full sized amenties (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) which I love. So much better to use than those single use tubes. The best part of the room is we found a complimentary cell phone to use in Japan! I had to call my credit card company back in the USA, and was able to call for free. Plus, the phone had maps to help me find out way around Osaka. Best amenity ever.

This hotel is nice, clean, comfortable and steps away from the JR Shin Osaka station Mc Donalds exit. The room included a free loaner cell phone with unlimited wifi and international (only certain countries United States included)and local calls called Handy which helped us getting around using Google maps and browsing for info. They use Shiseido bath products. The only inconvenience for us is that it is not in the central tourist area such as Namba, Dotonburi or Shinsaibashi, its about a 20 min rail ride away. We kinda like being able to walk to main sights, however when I booked it was non refundable. For the value it was a great hotel. The space of the room for Japanese standards is pretty large.

Great hotel, the staff spoke english well and were very friendly. We came at a busy time and the lines went down fast as everyone was checked in quickly. Our room was very large by Japan standards, this was the 3rd hotel we used during our stay and was close to the size of the other two combined. There are only 3 elevators, but since there arent as many floors/rooms as the shinagawa prince then it wasn't too much of a wait. The restaurant wasn't too good. We got back kinda late and decided to get room service from the lobby restaurant. The burger meat was very rubbery and difficult to finish, also very expensive for what we got.
