The hotel is quite grand in the lobby. The room is nice and clean. What is lacking is the 5-star service experience. The pool is only free for the first time, and one has to pay for any subsequent usage. If that is the case, perhaps it is good to put it upfront on the web. I do love the two little bit-size cakes I got every day. When. ask for more, they show me where to get them. I am used to staying a t Ritz Carlton. This is definitely a different experience of a 5-star hotel. I do feel that everything is clean and nice, with fresh flowers. Only wish the service is a bit better and matching more to a 5-star expectation.

Staff was very courteous and our room on the 32nd floor was well appointed with great view. I would have rated this hotel 5 stars except there was a mix up at check in. We checked in after the appointed 3PM time and was told our room was not ready yet. As a result we had to wait in the lobby for another half hour. Would not have been a big deal except I was traveling with elderly parents and they were exhausted. The staff was very apologetic and I’m sure they tried their best to get us the room ASAP, however it still left a bad first impression.

The staff at this hotel was amazing. The room was great, but the view was what really stood out. Our room overlooked Osaka on the 31st floor. We arrived in the evening so we got the see the view with Osaka all lit up! We got the watch the sunrise each day which was stunning! Now lets get into what we didn’t like. The bed was a bit stiff for our liking, and the breakfast vouchers we paid for werent the greatest of meal choices. In the grand scheme of things I don't think this detracts from their overall rating which is still a 5 star for me

Lovely hotel, large room, very comfortable, great view from the 30th floor! Staff were exceptionally helpful, organised our luggage transfer and made a dinner reservation at a local restaurant. Would definitely recommend.

비가 와도 한큐백화점 한신백화점이 있는 오사카역까지 비를 맞지않고 갈수있는 길이 있음 대략 15분 소요, 간사이 공항까지 가는 리무진 버스도 12분 소요거리, 근처 전철역 5분거리, 안전한 거리, 먹거리와 쇼핑 만족할수 있고 오사카성을 비롯 고베 교토 이동도 쉬운 위치, 호텔의 넓은 방과 화장실 욕조 만족함, 직원 친절 최고 다만 스파와 사우나 시설의 손님 이용은 저조하고 이용시 수영복 사용금지 정보 더 알려야 할듯,수영장 캡 사용 규칙도 마찬가지, 호텔의 전망은 톱에 들정도의 좋은 위치
