Here's a polished review you could use for Hotel Monterey Grasmere Osaka: --- A Wonderful Stay at Hotel Monterey Grasmere Osaka We had a fantastic experience staying at Hotel Monterey Grasmere Osaka. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well cared for. The hotel interior is beautifully designed—elegant and luxurious, with a warm ambiance that instantly puts you at ease. The room, while compact (as is common in Japan), was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed: comfy bed and pillows, a humidifier, coffee machine, kettle, and even pajamas and a full set of toiletries. Bath towels were replaced daily, and the housekeeping team kept the room spotless throughout our stay. You can also request an iron and ironing board if needed, which was a nice touch. One of the highlights was the surprise cheesecake they provided to celebrate my husband's birthday—such a thoughtful gesture that made our trip even more memorable. Although the carpet was a bit dated, we hardly noticed it until the end of our stay, as we were out exploring most of the time. It certainly didn’t detract from the overall comfort and cleanliness of the room. If you're looking for a well-located, stylish hotel with attentive service and cozy amenities, Hotel Monterey Grasmere Osaka is a great choice. We'd happily stay here again!

Hotel is conveniently located within a short walk to most desirable sights. With the Namba Walkway we got around (many train and subway lines) without even having to go outside and found numerous eating spots along the way. The staff are very helpful and friendly you just need to stop at the front desk. Would definitely stay here again, excellent hotel.

Good location and service. Room very small and the bed was against the wall. The bed was very uncomfortable and has metal springs almost sticky out.

Decent room, bed firm but comfortable. Japanese bathroom great. Brekkie spot on with wide choices and good upkeep. Nice location for the sites in Namba and beyond 👍

Great location. Our first room had a terrible odor so the staff immediately changed us to a different room. They were friendly, kind and accommodating. We had a few concerns about general cleanliness - there were several dark stains on the walls, but we attribute it to the fact it’s just an older hotel. As a 4 star hotel we were expecting a little more but still a good location stay for exploring Osaka.

I loved the view from the room, I got a room in the 31st floor, beautiful view of the city. The rooms are very small so makes it complicated if you have big suitcases. The location is amazing with everything very close. I would recommend this hotel.
