Hotel next door to supermarket which has all sorts on a few floors and great pet store that has exotic animals too like a mini zoo as well as cats & cute dogs that we visited everyday. The actual supermarket in basement is open late too. Easy walking distance to main shopping and food areas famous dotoburi!

Great location as you are steps away from the heart of Namba, and you’ll have access to multiple stations via underground walkways protecting you from any weather elements. A tip is that the hotel ground entrance is located at the northeast corner of the building, as the map may not directly show that.

Great Hotel. Good location for shopping and train station right next door 3rd time staying here in 9 years, next time in Osaka we will stay here again

We spent 5 days at this hotel. It is close to JR Station and one can walk from Namba Station to the hotel if you know the direction. Food, transportation, and shopping are all within walking distance. Breakfast is excellent with many varieties. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Good location & nice environment. Would be great if coin laundry is available & room clean-up be more thoughtful, like not repeatedly giving us more & more toiletries that we did not use. Having said, overall speaking it’s still very good.

Great hotel very gorgeous and clean. Breakfast was amazing there. Das was super helpful and loved to help out with my six month old while my husband and I ate. Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back.
