Very conveniently located. The staff are friendly. Very neat and clean with amazing amenities. About 10 minutes underground walk from the Osaka station. When you get out of the train ticket machine go towards the south exit. It will take you to the B1 level. Then continue the to walk straight until you find the exit 1141A. Then go up to the surface level. Look up and you will see the hotel name. Turn right to get to the hotel entrance. Reception is at the 2nd level.

Very good location near train station, restaurants, shopping. Rooms are on the smaller side but the bed was a good size for a couple. The lobby in 2F was small and always seemed to be full of people so it was a bit busy for check in, check out and going to the restaurant for breakfast.

Location is great, room is very clean, there is a convenience store right by the hotel and is a super plus. You can walk to almost all the nearby train stations underground, very pleasant stay.

Thr room is spacious and clean. Too bad the breakfast is the same thing every mornings for 3 days. They have a spa but not mineral water its still great to use it after being out all day. 8 or 12 minute walk from station can be far at the end of your day with the tired feet.

Decent stay

Not the usual side of Umeda we stay in but not bad location once you figure out it. The hotel is modern, the rooms are relatively spacious by Japanese standards and everything was very clean. Housekeeping was top notch. We used the laundry facilities which was good and front desk helped with forwarding luggage. The lift situation is annoying, it always stops on 2nd floor which is confusing for some so wait times can be long. If you are heading to Osaka station there is an underground passage which we found super handy, also lots of eateries there. To get there exit the hotel onto the main street, to your left there will be a pop out to enter underground passage. Got right to the bottom and walk straight ahead.

Clean, useful amenities and wonderful breakfast.

Well maintained and clean hotel, pleasant, helpful and courteous staff, particularly the restaurant and housekeeping staff. Room was somewhat congested, lacking hooks and shelves for clothing and personal articles. Nevertheless, we made it work. Room, bathroom, linen and towels clean and fresh. Comfortable and cool cotton pyjamas provided, which I used to the public bath. Kudos to the housekeeping staff for maintaining the room clean and fresh. Breakfast restaurant large and busy with a superb selection of Japanese and western dishes. Here also the staff kept everything well organised, clean and tidy. Well done. The hotel is near public transit, restaurants and shopping, particularly at Osaka Station. Public bath, sauna and laundry facilities were very practical amenities.
