The room was reasonably sized for the price albeit the bathroom was tiny, it did have an excellent ac unit. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotels location is great, being a 10 minute walk to dotonburi.

Great place to stay for single travelers. I stayed for 4 nights in July and the air conditioning worked great and location is fantastic. Train around the corner or underground walkways to other train stations. Fanatics restaurants and shopping underground Cristal mall all the way to Shin Sai Bashi Suji to Dontonbori. Definitely worth the price I paid for the room. Wouldn’t take the wife here but for single travelers for the price can’t beat it. Just have to figure out how to keep the AC on all day which was simple. The smells funky without the AC so leave it on low all day. Free coffee downstairs but no daily cleaning so you need to go downstairs to change towels etc between cleaning days. Fun Fun Fun!

The property doesn't offer any amenities its like a hostel imo. No complimentary toiletries and amenities. You have to buy the toiletries and slippers are used they only provide the lining and it's not even effective. You can only have a cleaning day once with our 4 nights stay. I don't recommend even for budget traveling..

Very good stay in room #1204. The ONLY complaint is the water temperature fluctuated when taking a shower. All 3 in our party experienced this. Initially, I thought maybe the temp was changing because someone else in our room flushed the toilet or was running the water, but that was not the case. The hotel should look into stabilizing the temperature so no one gets injured/scalded from a sudden rush of hot water.

Lovely staff, quick and easy checking in. Great room, clean and comfy. Not loud at all didn’t need to use ear plugs my whole stay. Had its own air conditioning unit/heat pump for the room which was really handy for the summer weather. Walking distance to food, shops and trains.

The hotel exit was right next to Nagahoribashi subway station, so it was very convenient for getting on the subway. Hotel was very quiet, but the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke all the time. The elevators are tiny and slow. 2nd floor amenities are right next to the smoking area so it smelled even worse of cigarettes.
