The check in process was easy using a kiosk. The lobby was gorgeous. The room was nice. The staff were great. The breakfast buffet was really good. The the spa was great. I would definitely stay there again.

It is a great place, it is not the best location for travelers that want to spend time at Dontobori or Namba area but it has the subway very close!
