The room was spotless as well as the hotel/property absolutely immaculate. Perfect location in Osaka to hit up all the famous areas - easy to get to Kyoto. I would 100% stay at any of the Candeo hotels again and surely will the next time I’m in Japan. The hotel staff was friendly They helped me research my way to a ski resort for the day and was very friendly with all the questions I had throughout the week. I was so happy I booked this hotel over my other choice.. amazing views as well from the room.

It was smelly and they were so money hungry. They wouldnt even offer a cup of coffee if you were not paying the full price for a breakfast buffet. A small cup of coffee.

This was my first time staying at this hotel and my first time in Osaka. It was the first of two hotels on my Osaka trip, and it ended up being my favorite out of the seven or so hotels I stayed in during my two-week Japan visit. I stayed for three nights and paid for access to the lounge on the 17th floor, which was a great place to unwind after long days of exploring the city. I was also able to pay to bring a guest into the lounge, which was perfect since my dad was staying at a cheaper hotel nearby. My room was on the 30th floor and had an amazing view. If I return to Osaka, I will almost certainly book this hotel again.

I am glad that i booked with the in-room open bath which we enjoyed everyday. Rooftop spa was pretty nice but some people were talking loud and not naked there. Room was sparkling clean and spacious with lots of table space and luggage space. Staff were courteous all the time. Executive lounge was fine and I wished them offer local sake. Breakfast was just ok. Hotel is located between Namba and Umeda, pretty easy to get to both area. There is also a bus 62 to get to Osaka Castle. There is direct airport limo a few tines per day.
