I absolutely loves Westgate and everything it have to offer. 4th time stay second time stay at this location. Amenities From morning tonight you will have something to do in between take a nap.. what you see is what you will get. Restaurant’s are fabulous won’t be disappointed.. my cons this time around will be my villa I paid more this year then I did last year for the same exact room. Housekeeper didn’t leave any laundry soap but luckily I was able to grab some from a cart that was on the main floor the dryer didn’t work I had to call three times to get it fix the 3rd time was a charm and didn’t have any problems after . The T.v when we first arrived wasn’t working in the living room had to replace it none of the tv’s was up to date wasn’t able to plug up my fire stick to catch up on my shows last year I was able to very disappointed about that . I paid more this year then I did last year so I was looking for more of a luxury villa Them what I got upstairs and downstairs like what the picture show me before booking we . Overall I loved it my two young daughters had an amazing time . Will be back next year

Had to change rooms three times. The first lock did not work. After I was downgraded to a poor room. After that I was in a room with construction outside the window starting at 7:30am. No water anywhere on premises not even available to purchase. Rooms were never cleaned during our stay. Amenities had fees. Staff did not care about our experience at all.

Very nice room however we had to change rooms because the air conditioner was broken in the room we were given. It took a long time to get the new room assignment. The pool, pool bar, activities and restaurants closed early so if you think they cater to night owls they do not. It is all family scheduled times for activities and meals

Shower head was so dirty that the water was not coming out at the pressure it was meant to. Air conditioning was broken. A/C was stuck at 65 because the button to increase the temp was broken. With the room so cold, we noticed the room meant for 4 people, only had 1 blanket. We had to huddle together in a single bed. We tried to call the front desk, but the phone did not work. The next morning I found out it was disconnected at the phone and I had to push the wire back in for it to work. I would have gone to the front desk, but it was 11 at night when we got back to the room and front desk was so far that you would have to drive to it. The pools were very overcrowded. Women at the pools were wearing skimpy outfits they left nothing to the imagination, which was very bad for my children. The waterpark cost $25 per person, that includes the parents. a family of four would cost $100 to use the waterpark. We are literally paying $50 for two parents to babysit their own children. Expedia did not mention anything about the additional cost for the waterpark. The waterpark is 100% not worth $100 for a family of four and that is only for one day. every restaurant and concession stand was 2 to 5 dollars more per item than you would’ve found if you were to leave the property. When I told the front desk of all the issues, they showed no sympathy and did not even say sorry.

When arriving we were greeted with an hour wait to check in, while doing this they are vetting people to offer Timeshare showings to, which holds up the line. Upon arrival to our room we had noticed the light flickering. Upon arrival of crib delivery I opened it to find all of the contents from photo 2 in the crib that was wrapped in a garbage bag. Then when my husband turned on the water and brown fluid was coming from the sink. Then when we went to give our one year old a bath at 9 pm the water wouldn’t turn on. They did move us to a new room and brought a new crib however there was pubic hair in the new condo bathroom also. Definitely do not recommend
