Good location

Nice house, close to Disney parks. I could not get the neighborhood EV charger to work but this was not the fault of the Vrbo in any way. Would definitely recommend!

House was very clean and communication was great. Had a raccoon get in our trash outside so we had to leave it inside but nothing else worth noting.

Sunrise Stay

Property is large and well appointed with en-suites to each of the 4 bedrooms. Lovely lounge and kitchen area which we used for breakfast and light snacks. Washing machine and tumble dryer excellent. Community pool was quiet and right on the doorstep. Excellent location for quick access to Disney parks and an abundance of restaurants and shops within a short drive. Safe gated community, would stay again.

Wonderful

This place was amazing. All the extra bathrooms spoiled us, made it so easy to get ready in the morning for Disney. Location to Disney was perfect. Place was nice and clean. Enough towels for the 6 of us. Kitchen was adequate. Didn't use any of the extras that Summerville has so can't speak to those. Would love to stay again.

Exceptional rental!

Even with it’s 5/5 rating, this property exceeded our expectations. The three king-sized bedrooms and kid’s room with bunks fit our group perfectly and we loved that every room had an ensuite bathroom. Having a bedroom on the main floor was important, as one of our family members has mobility issues. Nice, open kitchen/dining and living room. The pool was clean, great for all swimming abilities and right out the front door. Plenty of good restaurants close by and having Walmart just down the road was great for easy grocery pick up. This is a must-stay if you are planning a trip around Disney World - I’m not sure you could get much closer to the parks without staying at a Disney resort!

Perfect Location

This house fit our party of nine perfectly. So close to the parks, the grocery store, and shopping. The pool was right outside the door. The host accommodated an early check in for us with a nominal fee which was great as we had been driving for 14 hours and where exhausted. If you are considering this home, just book it. You will not regret it.

Very nice and convenient to parks.

Very nice condo. It is spacious and well decorated. It’s right next to the pool, which is very convenient. Having three king bedrooms and a kids room which each their own bath was super nice and created some nice privacy. The community is clean and quiet. My only negative is there were no pot holders or dish clothes for the kitchen, and just one dish cloth. There are 2 stainless steel pans that when heated the handle gets just as hot as the bottom of the pan, not fun to burn your self while on vacation. I all I would stay there again.

Excellent Property!

Great property in a great neighborhood! House was spacious with plenty of room for us and our family. Loved the king size beds in every room (except the kids room, which now has bunks as well--not in pictures yet, I don't think), and plentiful bathrooms. The location to Disney parks was incredible. Always felt like a short drive (10-15 minutes) to wherever we were going. Pool was heated and perfect for a swim every night after a day in the parks. Hot tub was actually HOT too, which is rare in resorts these days. Really helped with those tired feet and muscles after a long day of walking. We all agreed we would definitely stay here again!

My Stay

The unit and amenities were great! Just a few FYI issues in the unit. The downstairs bedroom - bathroom door would not shut, the air conditioning didn't come through the ceiling vent, an the celling fan had a loud squeaking noise when in sped setting 3.

Perfection!

We chose this property because of it’s beautiful, spacious interior, safe gated community and proximity to Disney. The property photos are accurate, the beds were so comfy, loved that everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom, appreciated all the light switches being labeled… everything was top notch! To note, they provide basic initial essentials so grab additional paper towels, garbage bags, detergent etc if you head out to grab groceries. While we didn’t have time to use the pool or amenities, they were right outside the door and looked great! Grand Welcome was a fantastic management company- extremely professional and very easy communication with them. This was a quiet, safe neighborhood and we enjoyed this property very much. Will absolutely rent it again when in the area!

Everything was AMAZING!

Really an incredible place to stay. The house is exactly as listed. In perfect conditions, everything was spotless. Really great location, a couple of blocks from Walmart, and 10 minutes no traffic drive to Disney. Will definitely stay here again!
