Check out day. Call the hotel shuttle service to check out and leave call goes directly to voicemail. No call back. Call the concierge, they stated they would walk over the and let them know we needed a up pick once she was done with a customer (last time I checked I spent money to stay here) I have spent a just under $500 in addition uber trips which could have been saved if they would just Ed answered the phone. Overall the place is beautiful well maintained. Nothing was obviously broken, damaged and/or missing in the cottage or pool areas. Food is edible, ordered waygu hamburger (patty looked and tasted like it was just de thawed. Fries had parmesan cheese and parsley, not too salty just the right of crisp. Lobster bisque was good but a bit salty, small in proportion. The sugar cane stick was a nice touch. Kids pizza was 100% from the freezer. Single Margarita at the pool was expensive, lacked any essence of alcohol and enough salt on the rim to replenish the Atlantic Ocean's salinity. Customer service in-person. Valet/bell hop- These guys and gals are constantly moving taking care of business. They were outstanding. Wish they had a published/listed/posted phone number to make direct contact. The waiter/waitress staff in the euphoria were very friendly and polite. The front desk in-person fixed a billing issue She was kind, friendly and polite. I do not recommend staying here without an uber or lift account min $100 a day

We stayed at this resort last year and it was much more enjoyable last year. Our cottage this year had AC problems, had to call twice to get it fixed. Only two out five TVs worked even after calling for assistance. We were told repeatedly that our requested early check-in couldn't be fulfilled because the cottage was being cleaned, but upon getting into the cottage there was food in the sink, hair in the showers, and the floors were filthy.

Not a fan. Was run down, also I left my macbook charger there, called within hours to tell them that I left it plugged in the wall beside the TV in the living room. They said they would get back to me. Never heard from them. The charger did not get up and walk away. Needless to say, I don't appreciate that at all. Would not stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay. This is our second year going to Margaritaville. The Villa we stayed in was beautiful and the property surrounding it was beautifully maintained. We will definitely be going back for a 3rd time.

The property was clean and beautiful and very comfortable. Kitchen amenities were satisfactory, but certainly nothing extra including hand soap, pot holders, baking sheet so I had to purchase a few necessities. I thought it would be important to rent a house through Margaritaville resort in order to use a resort amenities, but honestly never wanted to leave the house to go to the main resort anyway. Waited in line at the front desk about 35 minutes to ask about the waterpark vouchers only to find out that that “wasn’t included in my stay” not sure why pretty frustrating considering my family was all waiting in the hot weather at the waterpark. no sense of urgency at the front desk, the line stretched across the lobby and took about 10 minutes per person. But again the actual cottage was amazing.

Margaritaville Resort Orlando was amazing! We got a cottage--it's the best! Booked a 2 bedroom premium, which is actually a 3 bd bc one bedroom is small w/twin bed, perfect for child, but they upgraded us to 3 bedroom premium w/ hot tub. 1 primary w/en suite downstairs and another one upstairs. The other bedroom was nice size w/queen bed. Having 3 full bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen w/a blender is awesome. The patio with table & chairs, hot tub, and 2 lounge chairs was great for a.m. coffee. Jacob was wonderful at check in! Cottage was spotless. Walmart groceries delivered right to cottage. Food and drinks at resort were great. Free shuttle was great to take us to a mini Disney Springs called Sunset Walk, but was an easy 15 minute walk from cottages. We also got free tix to H2O water park for each day which was right down the road. . The main pools Fins Left and Fins Right are heated with pool service for food and drinks. Live music, fun family vibe. Only 1 issue was the ball playing in the pool. SO obnoxious. Just don't. This isn't YOUR pool, so taking all corners up and throwing the ball across the entire pool so everyone else had to get splashed in the face or hit with a ball is ridiculous. Go play in a park if you want to throw a ball around. Thank goodness for the smaller License to Chill pool. No ball playing, but no drink service. It was not a big deal to go to the inside bar for drinks. This resort is beautiful, clean, and affordable. Very happy family vacay!
