I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your hotel. I had a confirmed reservation made a week in advance and even called on the day of arrival to reconfirm. After driving 18 hours, I arrived expecting a smooth check-in but instead faced multiple issues. My sister and I waited several minutes at the front desk while the employee on duty ignored us and spoke to himself. When he finally addressed us, his tone was disrespectful, asking why we were “just standing there like we’re shy” and telling us to “use our mouths” to ask for help. Despite this, we proceeded to check in. My sister received her key, but I was given a room that was already occupied (Room 220). I was reassigned to another room (Room 124), which also contained another guest’s belongings. When I asked for a printed receipt, the employee became visibly irritated and questioned why I wanted it. At 1:30 a.m., he informed me the hotel was fully booked, leaving me and my children without a room after an 18-hour drive. The entire experience was unacceptable and unprofessional. I am requesting a full investigation, a refund, and follow-up regarding this employee’s conduct. In addition to the mishandling of my reservation, the staff member’s demeanor, hygiene, and behavior were entirely unprofessional and concerning. This experience fell far below the standards I expect from you.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Oct 11-15th 2025

The hotel itself looks dingy and dirty from the outside and as we pulled up I was uncertain about our choice to stay here. To our surprise the room was nice and updated and VERY clean. The breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast. The elevators didnt work, and we did not get the room type that we booked but otherwise once we were in the room you forgot how awful the outside of the hotel looks. The linens and pillows were good quality, the bathrooms and all surfaces were clean. The bathroom had some soap and shampoo, no conditioner so bring your own. Location was close to everything convenient, 10 minutes to disney. Was charged a daily resort fee at check in even though expedia does not say there was to be one so that was a surprise. Anyway, cant say i’ll stay here again but it served our purpose for our 1 day trip!

This is a motel. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. A nice place to stay for a night, but I wouldn't vacation there. They charge a $14 resort/amenities fee on top of your reservation when you check in. The pool was closed because it was October. Breakfast ended at 10am. We went at 9:30 and all they had left were waffles and Corn Flakes. Again, clean rooms and friendly staff, but nothing extra.
