Short stay but would go back, one of the nicest, cleanest and superb front desk staff of any hotels we’ve stayed at. Treated us very well, arrived 5 hours before check in, let us check our bags and had our room ready within the hour at no additional charge. Airport transfer was timely and convenient, lots of shops and dining options within walking distance.

Love Hyatt

This was a one night stay following the end of our cruise in Orlando before heading home. It is adjacent to the airport near a variety of restaurants and other hotels. The hotel was clean and well kept. Parking is also FREE! The room was spacious for our family of three with two queen size comfortable beds. The room layout was perfect and modern with an eating island and chairs and a sitting area with a couch and two ottomans. The television could swivel on a stand that could be viewed in bed, sitting on the couch or at the island in the kitchenette area. The room had an electric stovetop with cooking utensils if needed (we did not use) a refrigerator and a microwave. This room was very nice and definitely nothing less than I would expect from Hyatt! They also serve complimentary breakfast from 6am to 10am on weekends. On the weekdays it ends at 930am. It was a variety of food buffet style and when an item was close to empty a staff member was ready to put more out. I have no complaints. I will definitely stay here again.

I was very nervous booking after reading some of the reviews. This place is absolutely gorgeous. Nice and clean. The staff members are all helpful and friendly. The only thing I’m not a fan of is the food from the bar, but the drinks were so good. Thanks Antonio. I will most definitely be staying here when I’m back in town visiting!
