I booked this stay through Expedia, and when we arrived around 12:30 a.m., the hotel informed me they did not have the two-bed room I had reserved. I was traveling with three children and was left with no room and no solution. The front desk staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful during a very stressful situation. No effort was made to assist us or offer alternatives. I had to find another place to stay at the last minute in the middle of the night, which thankfully I was able to do but this experience ruined our vacation. I do not recommend this hotel due to poor service, lack of accountability, and especially the unacceptable behavior of the front desk staff.

We were treated exceptionally and are very satisfied with the room that was offered to us with early check-in the late check-in, the in-house laundry the self serve laundry as well as the complementary breakfast. We are very, very pleased with our stay at the Hyatt house. An area for improvement would be how to resolve being overcharged when using the self-serve laundry understanding that it is run by a third-party. There is no way for us to contact them. At least I am not able to figure it out and I have been overcharged three times so far for cleaning multiple loads of laundry which I appreciate being able to do, but of course don’t want to be overcharged I would like to have a refund for those charges.
