This does NOT match the pictures. People live here and the property is disgusting. Teenagers are hanging out in the stairwells, they leave trash everywhere. There are people hanging out all over the property. There was no real lock on the door, there was mold in the walls, the hot water in the shower was NON existent. The one plus is that I did not see any roaches

Bathroom smelled of mold no one is ever in the office and you advertise free wifi but it’s got a password and no one have to us as guest and the only good thing was check out the maintenance man was very kind other then that I deserve a refund with how awful the service was

The stay was ok, the rooms are not updated, I booked a king room and the lady tried to give us a twin bedroom I had to go back and change rooms and her excuse was they try to save those rooms for a person staying weekly. Which I get it but tell me don’t make the decision for me. Other then that it’s a friendly stay as I stated before just need to update the rooms and provide more essentials such as iron, full sets of towels and rags we only had 2 towels no rags, no garbage can, no comforters, etc… maybe next time I visit I can rate it a five star laid back in the cut 🙏😊💜

El cuarto en general estaba muy bien. La Mujer de la oficina es muy amable, la localización esta muy buena, cerca de muchos restaurantes, tiendas y supermercados. Mas que un hotel en un “Motel” donde hay personas que viven alli. Solo hay dos toallas en el baño para 4 personas. En la oficina NO SIEMPRE hay empleados que puedan resolver algún problema, los domingos no hay nadie y después de las 10pm tampoco. Te cargan un deposito de seguridad de $25, que los tienes que reclamar cuando te vayas porque NO lo devuelven automáticamente.

Absolutely disgusting i walked in and walked right out. Unfortunately I was not refunded. There was bugs and roaches crawling over the room and food left from previous guest i suppose. Even the pictures were AI because it looked nothing like the room i booked when i walked in. I also booked a king bed and it was 2 twin beds with one pillow each. I would’ve rather slept on the side of the road than in this room.

The hotel is old but the room was clean and liveable. It's kinda hard to find and it doesn't look like the best area. Lots of drug addict looking types hanging out near the back. Also, this hotel closes their front desk at a certain time so make sure you plan accordingly. I can see why they close. Our room was close to the front and the food truck in the parking lot was aweaome and super convenient. The location for going to Disney is good. Definitely a no frills stay. No ice either. I won't go back but I have seen worse.
