The Space:

Morning light filters through the windows as the house slowly comes to life, inviting you to linger over coffee or share a laugh in the game room before the day begins. The scent of fresh breakfast drifts from the kitchen while children’s voices echo from the patio, and evenings draw everyone back to the indoor tiki bar for relaxed conversation under soft lighting. After a full day exploring Disney World, Universal Studios, or the nearby lakes, you can unwind together on the spacious patio or dip into the pool and hot tub. This villa feels like a private retreat where every member of the group finds a place to settle in and recharge.



Sleeping arrangements

The home offers seven bedrooms that sleep up to fifteen guests. Downstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, a second primary bedroom also includes a king bed with its own ensuite. Three additional bedrooms each contain a queen bed. One bedroom provides a full bunk bed, and a themed bedroom offers a twin bunk bed plus an extra twin bed. Several Jack & Jill or nearby full bathrooms add flexibility for larger groups.



Indoor living

Two living areas give you options for quiet relaxation or lively entertainment. A large screen invites movie nights, while the game room boasts a pool table and a game console for friendly competition. An indoor tiki bar adds a playful touch, and a sound system carries music throughout the home. Thoughtful layout makes it easy to move between spaces, and heating, air conditioning, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace keep comfort and productivity within reach.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped for home cooking, from quick breakfasts to family‑style dinners. Two dining areas provide ample room for everyone to gather around meals, and the open layout encourages conversation while meals are prepared.



Outdoor space & resort access

Step onto the patio with comfortable outdoor furniture, where you can enjoy sunshine or shade as you please. A pool and hot tub are available for refreshing swims and relaxing soaks. As guests of Solara Resort, you also have access to a gym and other shared facilities, while exterior security cameras monitor the porch, lanai, and parking area for peace of mind.



Additional conveniences

A washer and dryer, free on‑site parking, and a private entrance make longer stays effortless. The villa welcomes pets, so the whole household can travel together.



Neighborhood

Located in Solara Resort in Kissimmee, the property is a short drive from Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld, making it an ideal base for theme‑park adventures while offering a spacious, comfortable haven to return to each night.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities.



The Neighborhood:

The Solara Resort Grand Clubhouse features an expansive water complex. A wave simulator offers a perfect opportunity to learn how to surf, or, if you are a seasoned surfer, show off your skills. The little ones will prefer the splash pad for some fun in the sun. Why not join them and let your inner child come out to play? When it’s time to take a break everyone will love to cool off with an ice-cream from the Solara Resort ice-cream parlor or a cold drink from the bar by the pool.



Solara Resort includes a basketball court, volleyball court, tennis court and a full-size soccer field. If you’re not a sports-fan but like to stay in shape, you can work out in the large fitness center at the clubhouse.



At the end of the day, you might find your teens at the teen hangout center where they have already made new friends. If they’re not ready to leave just yet, that’s fine too; hungry tummies will soon find their way over to the bar & grill where you’re already chilling with a drink.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
