Summer vacation 2025

This property was absolutely amazing! My kids enjoyed it from the time we arrived until the time we left. There was more than enough room for everybody. The gaming room was great. The pool was great! The house was clean and organized! I would love to stay here anytime we're visiting the area!!!

Nice but bring your own stuff

We had 12 people there for 7 nights. It was nice and we did enjoy the stay. We were only given 1 towel per person, a couple bars of soap and shampoo in each bathroom and a few trash bags and when I asked about more they said they do not restock. First time I have encountered that at a vrbo property.

Great house!

The theme of the house was so creative. Perfect space for a girls weekend. House was clean but pool was dirty. Close to all the parks. The owner was very responsive but the property manager, RBR, has a nightmare process of paperwork. When I had a problem and the owner and I couldnt get it fixed, I called RBR and had a very unprofessional experience. Parking is very limited for a 6 bedroom. Only 2 SUVs fit in driveway without a $200 fine. Despite the issues we had with check in I would still recommend the house. The indoor space and location is great.

it can be better.

very good but: The entrance through the pool is not secure, the lock and windows are forced, anyone enters at any time, they are exposed. The bad pool table, the bands do not bounce and uneven, the damaged pingpong table, the tub in the main room is regulated so that hot water does not come out, they do not visit you to fix your things, totally indifferent.

great experience

beautiful, close to disney (and view of fireworks from lanai!!)...;..above and beyond great!! pool cooled off a little on 4th nite.....fun for all....would definetly recommend!!......13 of us and all beautiful rooms.

Great Stay!

Me and 12 other family members vacationed in this home and we all slept very comfortable! The place was super clean and exactly like the pictures displayed! Check in & check out went smoothly and Sandra had been cooperative & responsive before & during our stay! I’d definitely stay again!

Home away from home

The home was very cozy and comfortable. The children loved the game room, the pool, and the water park. Had a little bug infestation due to construction nearby, I called the maintenance number provided and the pest control arrived within 2 hours of calling! Sandra was very responsive too all my messages. Would definitely recommend this home to others!

Fun vacation

We stayed at this property for July 4th long weekend. Everyone in the family liked the house, which had fairly new appliances, hardwood floors and decent sized bedrooms. Tea cups are little dirty and needs replacement but other than that we liked the house.
