Great location and view

Owners were very pleasant to speak to, they made sure we had a good visit. The house was perfect for a cooperstown visit and in between both dreams park and all star village. We were able to go to both places to eat at different locations.

Lakeside Living

The Colone Cottage is cozy and charming. The view of the lake is wonderful. I wish that I'd had time to take one of the kayaks out, but we were pretty busy with college reunion weekend. We did have a chance to enjoy the sunroom and the patio with the firepit. I would definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity.

The Colone Cottage is very comfortable. The beds and pillows were great. Obviously. the view of the lake is appealing. The full bathrooms are small and both on the second floor. Good hot water. There is a half bath on the first floor. The house is located halfway between Oneanta and Cooperstown so it is very convenient. Enjoyed our short stay.

This is a beautiful property in a great location.

The cottage is very clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed to make our stay a memorable one. It is right on the lake and there are kayaks and fishing poles to use right off of your own dock. The sunporch is a great place to enjoy coffee in the morning while enjoying the view. We chose this cottage because it is close to Cooperstown Dreams Park. The owners are wonderful to work with. We would highly recommend this cottage.

Cute, peaceful house

It’s an older house but impeccably clean. It is about 10 minutes south of Dreamspark, 20 minutes south of Cooperstown.

Great stay on the lake

This place worked out great for our stay while my son was playing at Cooperstown Dreams Park. It’s less than a 15 minute drive to the park and the view is gorgeous. We used the kayaks and row boat several times and fished off the dock. It’s not the fanciest place, but was perfect for our needs. The owner was very responsive to any questions.
