*****We also have a $100 fee for a pet (dogs only) per stay. Each additional pet is $50 per pet per stay.

This all new delightful renovated 5 bedroom 2 bathroom house is located 1 mile from All Star Village, 2 miles to Hartwick College & Oneonta State. It has a perfect location as it is in a residential area with restaurants and services nearby. There is plenty of parking and a front and back porch with a backyard for outdoor dining. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and the kitchen is fully furnished with cooking utensils. 55 Inch flat screen TV with an Amazon Firestick & free wifi.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
