It is located in a quiet residential section less than 5 minutes from All-Star Village. The location makes it ideal for breaks between games. It has a covered front porch, a covered rear porch that leads to an open deck and a screened sunroom. All of these spaces are comfortably furnished for outside seating and dining.
This home combines vintage architecture of the mid-1800's with contemporary amenities and decor. There are original, refinished wood floors throughout. Vintage built-in oak cabinets have been retained in the kitchen. There is a bedroom with a half bath within it, as well as a full bath and laundry on the first floor. Three more bedrooms are located on the second floor, along with another full bath. The original large plate glass windows have been retained to maintain natural light and compliment the cozy atmosphere.
There are 4 TVs - 1 in the living room and 1 in each of the upstairs bedrooms. This home is within 5 minutes of two different golf courses.
