294 Chestnut - Convenient to all Oneonta has to offer. 1.6 miles to All Star Village, walkable to many restaurants in the neighborhood, close to both colleges, and 1.2 miles to Main Street. This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has been an important part of the owner's family for many years, and they are excited to share its charm with you. There is a quaint backyard for outside dining and a game of catch, as well as a covered front porch that is great for a morning cup of coffee.
Inside there is plenty of space for your small group. A comfortable living room with a sectional couch and large flat-screen TV, and a dining area between the living room and kitchen makes for great flow as you try and get meals on the table. On the 1st floor there is also a bathroom with a shower and washer/dryer. Easy access to the back yard from the kitchen makes grilling and outside dining very easy.
All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. Up here you will find 3 bedrooms with 3 different-sized beds to meet your needs. Bedroom 1 has a King, bedroom 2 has a queen and the 3rd bedroom has a double. There is a bathroom with a tub/shower off the hallway upstairs. All bedrooms have their own SmartTv .

Nice and close to ASV
Location is great. House is comfortable. We did have to buy a few things (pan, wine opener) but the host reimbursed us. Best complimentary cookies when we arrived. Only suggestion would be for some comfy front porch patio furniture. These Texans enjoyed coffee in the cooler temp in the mornings!
