The pool was very green, couldn't even get in it. The TV in the room did not work and couldn't get ahold of or find anyone at the front desk. There were homeless people roaming the lobby and begging for food in the lobby and attached restaurants. Parking was not free.

The parking lot has to be paid for and it is very small, the children could not play in the Arcade because there were no coins to change and when they asked at the reception they could not help me, in the room the shower water came out all over the bathroom because the swallow was a little dense, the pool area seats are few and many were broken the water very cold. Very good breakfast buffet.

Hotel Room Turned Slip-n-Slide

Stopped in Omaha on the way to Denver with my mom for a little birthday road trip! I had checked out the pictures and thought this place was going to be so cute! Checking in went well and the room looked good…until we started unpacking and my mom stepped on the floorboard near the bathroom and water popped up, causing her to almost slip. She had thought I spilled something on the floor to which I told her I definitely did not. I started poking around more but wasn’t too sure what was causing the water. I went downstairs and told the woman at the check in counter about how it was doing that and that my mom almost slipped. It was late so I didn’t want to go through the fuss of switching rooms. Flash forward to when I started taking a shower and began to notice that the water was not going down the drain at all. In fact, it wasn’t even staying in the bathroom. The water pooled straight outside the door and into the little walkway toward the beds. My mom and I couldn’t believe this was happening and ended up going through the rest of the towels trying to clean up the water hazard. Needless to say, I cancelled the reservation for our trip on the way back. Didn’t help too that the sitting water was making the bathroom smell like a sewer.

Staff was excellent! Floors in room were dirty. The pool and hot tub were cloudy and dirty. “Waterpark” is very unimpressive. Homeless were outside hotel and followed us. Police had to be called.

The swimmimg area had boarded up windows, broken chairs, and has one water slide. No staff or life guards anywhere in the pool area. The hotel itself is run down. Our room was ok, but not comfortable. I would not recommended this hotel.

Better on the second floor...

We started previously and it was great. Check in was a breeze. Looked over the room before settling in, got dinner, showered, and then as we were getting ready for bed, saw a bug (you know the sort) crawling across the covers. Super bummed. Other things to note about this room specifically: the filters in the a/c were left out; not sure if they were drying and forgotten, or if there was a different issue. There was also mold on the bathroom ceiling that did not look like it was being addressed. Let me be clear: all other aspects of the hotel room were fine. However, I still have not heard from the management about a refund or deduction for the room... I totally expect them to fix the issues, as the first time we stayed we had a lovely time, zero issues.

Was not welcomed by staff on arrival. When checking in, my 3 year old daughter needed to use the restroom. I asked if my husband could finish checking in for us while i took her. She did not point us in the direction of the restoom nor tell us there was a code to get in to the restroom. After checking in, no direction as to.where the elevator was or that we would need to scan our room card to even get onto.the elevator. Once we got into our room, mold was found on the ceiling above the bathtub. The fire dectector was missing from.the ceiling and wires were exposed. Called the front desk and they switched us to a room down the hall.staff was a little more pleasant at this encounter. Unfortunatly there was mold again in the same spot on the ceiling in the bathroom as well. We were too nervous to let staff know after inital expereince and already switching rooms once. We wanted to just leave the hotel but could not afford to be out $450. The only good experience about this hotel.is the waterpark. It does not feel good knowing we are staying in a room being exposed to mold. Especially our 2 and 3 year old children. We will never come back to this hotel. Things should have been handled a lot differently by staff. I do have pictures of all above mentioned issues in our room if you would like me to provide them.
