We had a great stay. The guy at the front desk in the evening was very kind and helpful. We brought our dog and she was welcomed, which was great! The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. I enjoyed the gym as it was spacious and had a lot of equipment and machines. The coffee was hot and breakfast had many options. We will be back!!!

We couldn't get checked in until after 4pm. Check in is 3pm. We were told they were sold out the night before and short staffed in cleaning dept. Jasmine was nice enough to let us use the pool until our room was ready. That's the only thing that eased over the situation. The air conditioner in our room made a weird annoying noise but we weren't going to complain due to how long it took us to get our room. It was a sad situation knowing we asked for a specific room that was offered and evidently that must of been the only room in the whole hotel. We really enjoy their pool and breakfast.. the main reasons for choosing this hotel again.
