It seemed hard for anyone to get the staff to do much- getting towels at the pool, still waiting; hot water was empty, there was a baseball team in the lobby all making hot cocoa but it was empty the whole day after; breakfast was good but everything kept running out. Other than that, it was a good stay and a very nice place.
