When we moved one of the chairs to try to get to a plug to sit on the chair and watch tv, there was a bunch of food under it.
It was a large room. In desperate need of updating though.

Bar tender very rude, bad customer service especially when I’m trying to check in and he starts arguing to the service desk manager. Lady stay very professional and continue to check in to my room reservation.

I love this hotel. It’s in a historical building but our room was modern with wood floors, tiled bathroom, comfortable bed/pillows and the size of a studio. The location was an easy drive to 7 min drive to downtown and located in the heart of Cleveland Clinic. Staff were nice. I only wish there was a pool or hot tub and a fridge.
