DESCRIPTION Applewood Ridge is a spacious new vacation home located just minutes from Charlottesville, Virginia, close to Pippin Hill Farm and Winery, in beautiful North Garden. The light filled 2BR 2BA home is conveniently located just off Rt 29, across the highway from Albemarle Cider Works. Pippin Hill and Dr. Ho’s Pizza are less than a mile away.
MORE ABOUT THE PROPERTY The brand new home contains two bedrooms and two baths, and sleeps max 4.
Two queen bedrooms (one with an en suite full bathroom) are located on the second floor. The ground level contains a kitchen, open dining and living room with a convertible twin bed, full bathroom, laundry closet, and a deck with pergola and outdoor seating.
The house is fully stocked with linens, stoneware dishes, pot and pans, kitchen appliances, as well as extra pillows and blankets. There is a 40" Roku enabled TV in living room (bring your own login info for Netflix, etc). High speed wi-fi. Hardwood floors throughout.
Hosts on site in entirely separate space, but are available if needed.
GUEST ACCESS: Guests enjoy access to the first floor and second floor of the main dwelling, along with the front porch and large rear deck with pergola. Guests may also access the lawn/meadow. (The adjoining accessory unit is not accessible to guests.)
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS Hosts will be respectful of your privacy, but are nearby in case you need anything.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE: The guest home is conveniently located just off Rt 29, and due to this, there may be highway noise. Premier locale for wine tours
What a jewel of a place. Perfect location for everything in and around Charlottesville. Close to UVA, Monticello and wineries. Immaculately maintained with updated amenities. The owners were fast in responding to any needs and were eager to assure our stay was perfect. We also had the luck of a small herd of deer to visit early one morning.
